The building itself has this understated modern look – nothing flashy, but you can tell they put thought into the design rather than just slapping together another budget hotel.

Honestly, I was skeptical when I saw it was only rated 3 stars, but that 9.5 rating makes complete sense once you’re inside. The staff here actually seems to care, which is refreshing. Check-in was smooth, and the guy at reception gave me proper local recommendations – not just the obvious stuff you’d find on TripAdvisor, but places where locals actually eat. The rooms are surprisingly spacious for a 3-star place, and everything feels fresh and well-maintained. The beds are comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the bathrooms have good water pressure – small details that matter when you’ve been walking around Łódź all day exploring the old textile factories and street art.

What really won me over was how quiet it gets at night. Kilińskiego can be busy during the day with local traffic, but the soundproofing is solid, and honestly, it’s kind of nice falling asleep to the gentle hum of a neighborhood that’s actually alive rather than some sterile hotel district. The breakfast spread is nothing fancy, but it’s fresh and local – proper Polish bread, good coffee, and they don’t skimp on portions like some places do. Parking was easy too, which anyone who’s driven in Polish cities will appreciate. I’d definitely come back here, especially for the price point – you’re getting way more value than those overpriced places near Piotrkowska Street, and you’ll still be within walking distance of everything worth seeing.

  Everything. The apartment was easy to check into. It’s well stocked with everything you’d need. It was really clean. Strong WiFi signal. Quiet. On a tram stop. In a lovely area. Shop immediately outside. Nice bar next door. Thank you for a lovely stay. Great communication from the host.

  Bardzo komfortowe zakwaterowanie. Zadbane osiedle, schludne i czyste mieszkanie. Wewnątrz wszystko co niezbędne od garnków po kapsułki do prania. Miłym akcentem było również otrzymanie z wyprzedzeniem dot zakwaterowania co pozwoliło zapoznać się z informacjami przed podróżą. Dodatkowym atutem jest bezkontaktowy zameldowanie co jest dużym ułatwieniem
