It’s one of those converted buildings in Śródmieście that looks pretty standard from the street, but you know what? Sometimes the best places are the ones that surprise you once you get inside.

The thing about staying here is that you’re actually living like a local for a few days, not just passing through like at those cookie-cutter hotels. These are proper apartments with real kitchens – and I mean real ones, not those sad little kitchenettes with a mini-fridge and a prayer. I ended up cooking breakfast most mornings because there’s something really nice about having your coffee while looking out at the neighborhood waking up. The Śródmieście district has this great energy in the mornings, actually – people heading to work, the trams rumbling by, that whole urban rhythm that makes you feel connected to the city. Plus, honestly, having apartment space means you can spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase, which is huge if you’re staying more than a couple nights.

What really won me over was how the staff clearly gets that travelers need practical stuff to work smoothly. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no hovering or upselling, just “here’s your key, here’s how everything works, let us know if you need anything.” The apartments themselves are well thought out in that way that tells you someone actually considered how people live, not just how a place photographs. Good water pressure (trust me, this matters), reliable wifi that doesn’t cut out when you need it most, and windows that actually open properly for fresh air. I stayed during one of those warm stretches in late spring, and being able to control your own environment instead of battling with hotel AC was perfect. The location puts you within easy walking distance of the main attractions in central Łódź, but you’re on a residential street that quiets down nicely at night – no dealing with drunk tourists stumbling around at 2 AM. That 8.9 rating makes sense once you’ve been there; it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything just works the way it should, which honestly is rarer than it ought to be.

  Apartament mega czysty, kontakt z właścicielem mega, lokalizacja wysmienita ponieważ, wszędzie blisko (ul. Piotrkowska, manufaktura, tramwaje, sklep). Łóżka jak i kanapy bardzo wygodne. Okna od ulicy zaklejone do połowy folia mleczną- więc nikt (przy zamkniętych oknach) nie zaglądał do apartamentu. Apartament Zima – latem idealny gdyż okna od podwórka i jest chłód.
  
  What could be improved: Apartament Lato- byliśmy latem- było gorąco, brak klimatyzacji a bardzo by sie przydala, poniewaz przy ottwarciu okna bardzo głośno. Okno zaraz przy ulicy więc przy otwartym oknie ludzie perfidnie zaglądają do środka. No i zaraz pod oknem przystanek tramwajowy. Więc głośno.

  The layout of the apartment is great. I liked the raised bed because it makes more room for the living and kitchen area.
  The apartment is also located conveniently in the city center and there are several trams if you need to go somewhere else.
  
  What could be improved: – The apartment is located on the ground floor directly next to a tram stop. I didn't mind much because I am used to living on a noisy street. But it wasn't clear to me from the description. Most of the other apartments have windows that look out to the other side of the building, I think they would be quieter.
  – All messages I received were written in Polish even after I asked for communication in English. Maybe there is a setting on the app to automatically translate messages received from the host, but I couldn't find it.

  The apartment is beautifully done, with a clean and elegant kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, etc. There were a couple of the basic amenities (a few tea bags, some salt and pepper, dish soap), but no bathroom products such as shampoo or body wash (not a "problem", just wish we'd known ahead of time!). The beds were comfortable, and the rain shower was particularly great. Overall, it's a very clean, well-maintained property with all your simple needs covered.
  
  What could be improved: The road we were located on was much more "up-and-coming" than we had expected, so we felt a little nervous parking our car just on the road. My mom and I both struggled a bit with sleeping when the trams were going by, as you can hear and feel them shake the building a bit.

  The apartment is new and modern decorated with a cozy interior design. It is near to the highlights of LodZ. The landlord is kind and helpful. There is Lidl market nearby. But the only problem is the building is on the intersection of two tram routes and there is a stop in front of the apartments. Because of the trains it was disturbing. Apart from this we had a good accomodation
