The building sits right on Narutowicza street, which actually works out pretty well since you’re close enough to the action without dealing with the chaos of Piotrkowska Street (trust me, that gets loud on weekends).

The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel room – in a good way. Everything’s clean and functional, though don’t expect luxury finishes or anything fancy. What I really appreciated was the kitchen setup; it’s small but has everything you need if you want to grab groceries from the Żabka down the street instead of eating out every meal. The shower has decent water pressure, which honestly matters more than people realize when you’re traveling. One thing though – the walls aren’t super thick, so if you’re a light sleeper, pack earplugs. I could hear my neighbors chatting in the hallway around 7 AM, but it wasn’t terrible.

Location-wise, you’re actually in a sweet spot. The tram stop is maybe a 3-minute walk, and you can get to Manufaktura in about 10 minutes if you want to do the whole shopping center thing. But here’s what I really liked – you’re walking distance to some of the better local spots that tourists usually miss. There’s this little café called Kawiarnia that locals hang out at, maybe 200 meters away, and their pierogi are honestly better than the touristy places. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel without being sketchy, you know? Families walking around, people heading to work – it feels like actual Łódź, not just tourist Łódź. Parking can be a bit tricky if you’re driving (street parking fills up fast), but there’s usually something within a block or two if you’re patient. The 8.3 rating makes sense to me – it’s not going to blow you away, but it delivers on what it promises. For the price point, especially if you’re planning to explore the city rather than hang out in your room all day, it’s a solid choice that won’t break the bank.

  Handy location because of its closeness to ameneties and a strategic spot for me as I was working in different universiry buildings.
  Lovely fouton on the mezzanine and a very nicely sized apartment overall, with working kitchen and equipment. Iron provided.

  I can recommend this apartment for short-term stay in Lódz. The price is one of the lowest in the city with such location (city center).
  The apartment is small but for 2 people it’s enough.
  The furniture is in the good shape, dishes are new.
