The location on Wojska Polskiego is actually pretty brilliant if you know Łódź at all. You’re literally a few minutes’ walk from Manufaktura – and I mean the real walking distance, not that “5-minute walk” hotels always claim that turns out to be 15 minutes of speed-walking. The apartment sits on the third floor, and thank goodness for that elevator because I was hauling a heavy suitcase. The Baluty district might not sound glamorous, but it’s one of those neighborhoods that’s quietly becoming more interesting, with decent cafes popping up and way less tourist chaos than the city center.

What struck me most was how they’ve actually thought about what people need when they’re staying somewhere for more than just crashing after sightseeing. The work space isn’t just a tiny desk shoved in a corner – it’s a proper setup where you could actually get things done if you’re mixing business with travel. The PlayStation was a nice surprise (honestly, perfect for those rainy Polish evenings), and the balkon – well, it’s not overlooking some stunning vista, but there’s something satisfying about having that bit of outdoor space to drink your morning coffee. The whole place feels newly renovated, which shows in the details like the bathroom fixtures and the way everything actually works properly. You know how some apartments have that one drawer that never closes right or a shower with mysterious temperature swings? None of that here.

The 9.4 rating makes total sense once you’re there. It’s not trying to be fancy in that over-the-top way that usually ends up feeling fake, but everything is clean, functional, and thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen has actual cooking equipment if you want to hit up the local markets instead of eating out every meal – which I’d recommend, actually, because the produce markets in this part of Łódź are pretty excellent. Parking was surprisingly stress-free, which anyone who’s driven around Polish city centers will appreciate. The check-in process was smooth, no weird complications or surprise fees. Sometimes the simplest things matter most when you’re tired and just want to settle in somewhere that feels like a temporary home rather than a hotel room where you’re afraid to touch anything.

  I rented this apartment for my mother. She loved its location near the big park and several grocery stores, within short walking distance of Manufaktura. The window/balcony faces the building courtyard, so there is no noise from the street. She said it had everything she needed for a two-week stay. The price was very good for the value. The managers communicated all the instructions very clearly and responded quickly, both before and during the stay. If my mom visits Łódź again, I will gladly book this apartment for her again.

  Apartament jak na zdjęciach! Czysto i przestronnie. Super lokalizacja (blisko centrum), która pozwoliła zwiedzać Łódź poruszając się pieszo. Apartament został wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne do wygodnego wypoczynku. Dostęp do obiektu też bez żadnych problemów. Super!
