The staff genuinely seemed to care about helping rather than just going through motions, and their local recommendations were spot-on (definitely hit up that pierogi place they suggested three blocks over). Honestly, the 8-point rating makes complete sense once you spend time here. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but it nails the fundamentals so well that you end up having a better experience than at those supposedly upscale hotels that look great in photos but fall apart in practice.   What could be improved: Czystość obiektu mijała się z prawdą. Pościel jakim ręczniki nie były pierwszej świeżości – nie pachniały świeżością. Pokój nie dokładnie sprzątnięty po poprzedniej ekipie… za łóżkiem konfetti, sztuczne płatki róż, ściany jak i półki zachlapane piwem. Na antresoli, na wykładzinie, poszewkach plamy – mamy nadzieję, że to tylko czekolada 🤷‍♂️. Lodówka brudna, kurz, sztuczne rzęsy wszechobecne.
