You know what really struck me about City Host Perła Piotrkowska when I first walked in? It’s got this refreshing honesty about what it is – a solid, no-nonsense place that doesn’t try to be something it’s not. The lobby’s clean and modern without being fancy, which actually worked perfectly for me since I was there to explore Łódź, not hang around the hotel all day. The location on Piotrkowska Street is honestly brilliant – I mean, you’re literally on the main pedestrian drag where all the action happens, but far enough down (at number 252) that you’re not dealing with the crazy weekend noise from the bars and clubs closer to the center.

The rooms are exactly what you’d expect from a well-run 3-star place. Nothing groundbreaking, but everything worked properly, the WiFi was actually fast enough for video calls (which isn’t always a given in Poland, trust me), and I appreciated that the beds were firm – none of that saggy mattress nonsense you sometimes get at budget hotels. What I really liked was how quiet it stayed at night despite being right on Piotrkowska. The windows must be decent quality because I barely heard any street noise, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff spoke solid English, which made check-in smooth, though honestly most young people in Łódź speak English pretty well anyway. One small thing that bugged me – the shower pressure could’ve been better, but it wasn’t terrible, just sort of… gentle.

Here’s the thing that makes this place work so well: you can walk to pretty much everything interesting in central Łódź without breaking a sweat. The old Manufaktura shopping center is maybe a 15-minute walk, and you’ve got tons of restaurants, cafes, and those cool converted factory spaces right along the street. I actually loved just wandering down Piotrkowska in the evening – it’s got this great energy without feeling touristy or forced. Plus (and this is key if you’re driving), parking isn’t the nightmare it can be in other parts of the city center. The 7.8 rating feels about right to me – it’s not going to wow you with luxury, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. If you want something fancier, you’ll pay a lot more for marginal improvements, and if you go much cheaper, you’ll probably regret it. Sometimes the sweet spot is just… well, the sweet spot.

  Помешкання нове та стильне. Є все для тимчасового проживання. Господарі сприяють комфортному розміщенню всіх членів сімʼї. Дякую 💐.
  
  What could be improved: Великим мінусом є синтетична постільна білизна та рушники які не поглинають воду не споглядаючи на те, що ці речі були новими.Також, відсутність рушника для ніг. Ще йдуть ремонти в сусідніх квартирах які почалися над нами зверху о 6:30 ранку((( але це тимчасовий зовнішній чинник на який господарі вплинути не можуть. А от з постільною білизною та рушниками вирішити питання варто.

  Wszystko było super! Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste, zadbane i w pełni wyposażone. Czułem się jak w domu. Lokalizacja również na plus — spokojna okolica i blisko do najważniejszych punktów. Gospodarz miły i pomocny.
  
  What could be improved: Niestety, w sąsiednich mieszkaniach trwał remont i od 8 rano było słychać wiercenie, co utrudniało odpoczynek.

  🌟 10/10! Ідеальне місце для відпочинку! 🌟
  Все було просто чудово — з першого моменту, як ми приїхали, й до останньої хвилини перебування. Квартира повністю відповідає опису, а навіть краще — чиста, простора, дуже затишна й зі смаком оформлена. Видно, що господарі дбають про кожну дрібницю: від м’яких рушників до зручного матрацу й ароматної кави на кухні.
  
  Локація — супер! Все поруч: магазини, кафе, транспорт, а головне — тиша й спокій, якого так не вистачає в місті.
  
  Окремо хочу подякувати господарям — дуже привітні, завжди на зв’язку, допомогли з усіма питаннями, порекомендували цікаві місця неподалік. Відчувалося справжнє тепло й гостинність.
  
  Якщо ви шукаєте ідеальне житло для відпочинку — не вагайтесь! Ми обов’язково повернемося ще раз. Рекомендуємо на всі 100%! 🙌
