Walking-wise, you’re maybe ten minutes from the really buzzing part of Piotrkowska with all the restaurants and bars, but close enough to plenty of good coffee spots for your morning fix. I grabbed breakfast a couple times at this little place around the corner – the staff knew about it, which I always take as a good sign that they actually care about guest experience rather than just processing check-ins and check-outs.

What really sold me on recommending this place is that 8.9 rating actually feels accurate, you know? Sometimes you see high ratings and think “yeah, right,” but the details here add up. The Wi-Fi works properly (tried it for video calls, no issues), the heating responds when you adjust it, and check-in was smooth even when I arrived later than planned. It’s not flashy or Instagram-perfect, but it’s the kind of place where everything just works the way it should. For Łódź, especially if you want to be centrally located without paying Warsaw prices, this hits that sweet spot of comfort and practicality.

  The location is superb. Close to everywhere and there are shops and supermarkets nearby. Rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is amazing with lot of healthy, tasty and fresh alternatives. There is a personnele at the reception for 24 hours, so if you need anything or have to check out early it would not be problem.
  
  What could be improved: The first day the wifi was not working in my room. When I asked for help they tried to fix it but when it has failed then they changed my room. So, this was a very kind attitude. Sanitary kits are on demand and you have to pay for it. The walls are very thin, so you can hear the snoring from the next room.

  Staff couldn’t be more helpful, especially Mateusz. Breakfast was great, tasty with choices for everyone. The location great, close to everywhere at Piotrkowska. Fridge in the room was very helpful.
  
  What could be improved: Room a bit tired, some refurbishment would be for advantage but still standard of the room I would rate as a high. Because of a bank holiday was quite loud. We could hear people from the street till late hours and hotel guest returning late, not respecting the other guests (banging the doors etc.) but it’s not a hotel fault.

  What could be improved: It was bank holiday weekend that’s why it was quite loud on the Piotrkowska and the people were coming back late to their rooms-not always respecting the others, but it’s not a hotel fault.

  Tucked away in an inner courtyard right off the great Piotrkowska Street was this unique B&B. Helpful staff, a tasteful arranged breakfast Buffet with lots of delicious things to choose from in a stylish room. We just booked one night. But there is so much to enjoy and explore in Lodz. We should have stayed at least 2 nights.
