What I really appreciated was how easy it was to grab trams heading toward Manufaktura or the Old Town – the stops are literally a two-minute walk. Parking was surprisingly manageable too, though I’d recommend asking about spots when you book because street parking can get dicey during weekdays when all the office workers show up.

The apartments themselves have that clean, minimalist vibe that actually works. I mean, sure, it’s not fancy, but everything feels fresh and well-maintained. The kitchenette was properly equipped – not just some sad little coffee maker and mini-fridge situation. I actually cooked a decent meal there, which says something. The bed was comfortable enough (though maybe a bit firm if you’re into softer mattresses), and honestly, the Wi-Fi was faster than my place back home. What really won me over was the attention to small details… like having proper blackout curtains that actually block the streetlights, and enough outlets near the bed so you’re not doing yoga poses to charge your phone. The check-in process was smooth too – they’re pretty flexible with timing, which is a godsend when you’re dealing with unpredictable travel schedules.

Here’s the thing about this place that bumps it up from “fine” to “actually pretty good” – it feels like someone who travels regularly designed it. The noise levels are totally reasonable despite being on a main road (good windows, I guess), and there’s this lived-in quality that makes you feel settled rather than like you’re camping in a sterile hotel room. The neighborhood has some decent cafés within walking distance, and if you’re into that whole post-industrial aesthetic that Łódź does so well, you’ll dig the area’s vibe. That 8.3 rating makes total sense to me – it’s not trying to be something it’s not, but what it does, it does well. For the price point and the convenience factor, especially if you’re using Łódź as a base to explore central Poland or just need a solid place to crash that doesn’t feel like a corporate chain, this spot delivers without any drama.

  Spacious, renovated apartment in an old house.
  Everything was clean.
  Free parking inside the yard (pigeons weren't so bad, nothing that first gas station mop can't fix).
  
  What could be improved: Single beds have very bouncy spring mattresses, not very comfortable, but it was fine for one night.
  The kitchen lacks a cooker hood, steam filled kitchen and made countertops wet, even if you open all windows. LED light above the stove was malfunctioning, probably from steam damage and it was really hard to turn it off at night (it turned on multiple times by itself).
  Some shelves in the bathroom would be nice.. there's a lot of empty space for that.
  Tbh, the staircase isn't that bad, I have seen worse. It's just an old house.
  About Lodz itself.. it's a mess. I see that it will be a nice city in about 5 years, but currently so much construction works around, that it makes it difficult to enjoy anything in this city.

  Apartament czysty, estetycznie urządzony, zameldowanie bezkontaktowe. Kuchnia wyposażona w niezbędne sprzęty. Wygodne łóżka. Miejsce parkingowe za bramą w cenie noclegu 🙂
  
  What could be improved: W łazience brakuje regału lub półki na odłożenie rzeczy osobistych. Klatce schodowej przydałby się remont (nie jest to jednak zależne od właściciela apartamentu).

  So spaaacy apartment! The ceilings are so high, there is a lot of space to sit and relax. Very clean towels, so soft! All devices new. Very good price for such a quality!

  The apartment is clean and spacious. The keys were left in the key box, which makes it very easy to check in, The free parking place was also a bonus.
  
  What could be improved: We stayed in the flat in August during warm days, the flat was very hot. It was difficult to air it, and you hear the noise from outside. The flat is in a building that is being renovated (I think), and the staircase is a bit scary looking when you walk in to the block.
