I stayed here during one of those busy cultural festival weekends, and honestly, I was surprised how quiet it was at night. The studios themselves have this minimalist thing going on – not in that cold, sterile way, but more like someone actually lives there and keeps things tidy. The kitchenette setup is better than I expected from a 3-star place; I mean, you’ve got proper counter space and decent cookware if you want to grab groceries from the Żabka down the street instead of eating out every meal.

What I really appreciated was how the whole place feels authentically Polish without trying too hard. The building itself has that solid, pre-war character that Łódź does so well – thick walls, high ceilings, the kind of construction that makes you feel grounded. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too; none of that overly scripted hotel lobby performance, just practical information about the area and genuinely helpful suggestions about where to find good pierogi nearby. The 8.8 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there – it’s not trying to be luxury, but it absolutely nails what it’s going for. You’re close enough to walk to the major attractions (the OFF Piotrkowska shopping center, EC1 science center, all that), but you’re also in an actual neighborhood where you can pop into a local bakery in the morning and feel like you’re getting a real slice of the city rather than just hitting the tourist highlights. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I wanted to explore Łódź properly without feeling like I was trapped in the hotel district bubble.

  I'll start with the positives:
  The location is great, and the renovation is absolutely stunning. The apartment has everything you need – there's Wi-Fi, a TV with YouTube, and plenty of kitchen tools for cooking. There are lots of kitchen utensils, plus a dishwasher and a washing machine. The building itself and the entrance are also very convenient. Overall, the apartment is really beautiful!
  
  What could be improved: As for the downsides:
  I would mention the lack of a proper bed in the specific apartment we stayed in, which affected our comfort a bit – especially considering that I selected the option that included a baby bed, which unfortunately wasn't provided. As a result, our child had to sleep with us, and my back isn't too happy about that.

  Fajna kawalerka w pięknej kamienicy, blisko Piotrkowskiej. Dobrze urządzona i wyposażona.
  Czysto. Wszystko bez problemów polecamy 😉
  
  What could be improved: Tak jak jest napisane, brak parkingu- czasem się znajdzie miejsce naprzeciwko kamienicy, widoczne auto przez okno. Info dla lubiących ciszę to tramwaje jeżdżą za oknem.

  What could be improved: Na antresoli było pełno kurzu, w dodatku na pościeli na antresoli były włosy, zmywarka nie została opróżniona. Z szafy wydobywał się niemiły zapach, zostawiany mokry mop.

  Bardzo ładne studio, zrobione na wysokim poziomie. Jest tam wszystko czego potrzebujesz w trakcie pobytu: ręczniki, suszarka, żelazko, wyposażona kuchnia, a nawet pralka. Polecam z czystym sumieniem.
  
  What could be improved: Trafiliśmy akurat na upalne dni więc przydałaby się klimatyzacja. Spiąć przy otwartych oknach wszystko słychać z ulicy.

  Fajnie wyposażony, w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, w normalnej cenie.
  
  What could be improved: Apartament na ostatnim piętrze, poddasze. Antresola bez jakiejkolwiek wentylacji, w nocy bardzo ciężko spać. Okrutne poduszki, sztuczne, płaskie, bardzo niewygodne. Kontakt z właścicielem tylko przez email, wysyła kody wejściowe, które nie działają, na odpowiedź czekaliśmy ponad godzinę pod lokalem… W apartamencie dosyć głośno, z racji jeżdżących całą dobę tramwai. Okna trzeba otwierać żeby w środku nie było 30 stp, a przy otwartym oknie głośno…
