Here’s what I love about Pomorska 22 — you’re literally in the middle of everything that matters in Łódź. I mean, step outside and you’re surrounded by the city’s best cafes, restaurants, and cultural spots. The famous Piotrkowska Street is just a short walk away, which is perfect because that’s where all the evening action happens. What couples seem to particularly love (and I can see why) is that you can easily explore the city on foot during the day, then slip back to your room for a quick refresh before heading out for dinner. The neighborhood has this nice energy — busy enough to feel alive, but not so chaotic that you can’t enjoy a peaceful morning coffee.

The rooms here are what I’d call “smart comfortable” — they’ve clearly thought about what travelers actually need rather than just cramming in unnecessary amenities. Everything feels fresh and well-maintained, with enough space to actually unpack your suitcase properly (you know how rare that is these days). The beds are genuinely comfortable, and the bathrooms are modern with good water pressure — honestly, sometimes it’s these simple things that make or break a stay. • Miejsce dobre na jedną noc. Nie polecam na dłuższy wyjazd. – Pola from Poland – July 13, 2025 (6/10)

  What could be improved: – Brudne naczynia w kuchni
  – Duża ilość kurzu; brudne ściany ; brudna toaleta
  – CIENIUTKIE ściany, więc bez zatyczek nie ma możliwości spania -> słychać nawet najcichszą rozmowę w pokoju obok; słychać poruszanie się po korytarzu czy otwieranie drzwi wejściowych
  – MALUTKI pokoik, niby na 2 osoby ale naprawdę komfort przebywania tam wynosi zero -> jedno mieszkanie przekształcone w 4 "apartamenty" na wynajem
  – Mimo rezerwacji parkingu miesiąc wcześniej, na dzień przed przyjazdem dostałam informację, że tego parkingu nie będzie. Zaparkowałam przy ulicy, ale nie jest to tak komfortowe jak parkowanie na zamkniętym parkingu. Rezerwacja zrobiona głównie ze względu na parking, więc nie polecam przyjeżdżania tam samochodem -> okazało się, że na 4 "apartamenty" jest jedno miejsce postojowe 😉

  Lokace byla téměř v centru města což je plus. Ubytování bylo čisté. Funkční wifi.
  Vybavení kuchyně je pořádku. K dispozici čajové sáčky a instantní káva.
  Na začátku byly problémy se získáním klíčů k ubytování, pan majitel ale vyřešil situaci a klíče jsme měli k dispozici.
  
  What could be improved: Ulice má 2 x označení "Primorska 22" i na vedlejší ulici "Solna", komplikovaně se zde orientuje. Klíče k apartmánu jsou nevhodně umístěné na plotě v malém boxu-viz foto pro ostatní klienty.
  Přestavba je provedena sádrokartonem (bez hlukové izolace) a pokud by byli sousedé hluční tak to není příjemné. My jsme měli tiché sousedy :-).
  V koupelně budou mít ve sprše problém lidé větší jak 190cm, je tam strop a budou o něj narážet hlavou-viz foto.
  Standardně komfortní není také malé umyvadlo ke klozetu, nedá se v tom provést dobře hygiena.
  Vstupní dveře do apartmánu na horní straně dostatečně netěsnili a při pohybu na posteli se automaticky rozsvítilo venkovní chodbové světlo a to bylo rušivé v noci na spaní-vyřešil jsem ručníkem přes dveře.
  Některé klienty může překvapit nevzhledný vchod do domu-viz foto.

  What could be improved: Cold, not able to control the heating it is setup by the owner. Bathroom very small, looks like in the holiday cabin, cheap interior throughout, no space to walk around beds. Very thin duvet.

  Bardzo wygodne mieszkanie. Jest wszystko, czego potrzebujesz do życia. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Odpowiedzi na wszystkie pytania są udzielane bardzo szybko. Istnieje możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania. Polecam to.

  Wszystko nam się podobało i nie ma do czego się przyczepić. Czystość bezwzględna, suszarka w toalecie, potrzebne naczynia lub sztućce do prostych posiłków, telewizor z bardzo szeroką listą programów oraz netflixem czy youtubem
