This place actually surprised me in the best way possible. The location is honestly perfect if you want to explore Łódź properly – you’re right in Śródmieście, which means you can walk to pretty much everything that matters. I mean, Piotrkowska Street is literally a few minutes away, and trust me, that’s where you want to be for the best bars and restaurants.

What really won me over was how the staff seemed to actually care about making your stay decent. The front desk folks spoke solid English (not always a given in smaller Polish cities), and when I mentioned I was there for business meetings, they made sure I got a room away from the street side. Smart move, because Piłsudskiego can get pretty busy during rush hour. The rooms themselves are clean and functional – nothing fancy, but the beds are actually comfortable and the WiFi works properly throughout the building. The breakfast spread was better than I expected too, with some local touches alongside the typical European hotel fare. They had proper Polish bread and decent coffee, which honestly makes or breaks my morning.

Here’s the thing about this place – it’s not trying to be something it isn’t. It’s a solid 3-star hotel that delivers exactly what you’d expect, maybe a bit more. The 8.2 rating makes total sense when you consider the price point and location. Parking can be a bit tricky around there (welcome to central Łódź), but there are spots if you’re patient, and the hotel staff can point you toward a secure lot nearby. I stayed during a quieter period in late fall, so I can’t speak to summer crowds, but the vibe felt relaxed and professional. If you’re looking for a reliable base to explore Łódź without breaking the bank – especially if you’re doing business in the area or want easy access to the cultural district – this Campanile location actually delivers. It’s one of those places where everything just works the way it should.

  Location was good, near tram and bus stops. Also almost next door to Galleria Lodzki.
  
  What could be improved: The breakfast was disappointing but it didn't spoil my day. Staff could try to smile more. I realis that this is cultural, but if youn want overseas visitors staying, you need to make them welcome.

  The hotel location is excellent, staff is friendly and helpful. There is parking by the hotel, although it is not free, but very convenient.
