I mean, you’ll hear some street noise during the day, but it dies down pretty well after evening hours.

The staff deserve a mention here because they actually seem to know their neighborhood. When I asked about getting to Piotrkowska Street, the guy at the front desk didn’t just point me toward the main drag – he told me about this little shortcut through the back streets that cuts off a good five minutes of walking. That’s the kind of local knowledge you don’t get at chain hotels. Plus, they’re pretty relaxed about check-in times, which saved me when my train got delayed. The whole vibe is just… comfortable, I guess? Like staying at a friend’s well-kept apartment rather than some corporate hotel box. Sure, it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury amenities, but for exploring Łódź without breaking the bank, it hits that sweet spot between budget hostel and expensive business hotel. The location alone – you can walk to most of the interesting bits of the city without needing trams or taxis – makes it worth considering if you’re planning to actually see what Łódź has to offer rather than just passing through.

  What could be improved: The bed was too small and the walls were too thin. The couple next door were stomping around and talking loudly for most of the night and from 6.00 am on Sunday morning. No hot water in the morning either, just lukewarm.

  The location of the hotel is very convenient, the breakfast selection is plentiful and the food is delicious. The service staff is polite and nice.

  The bed is so comfortable and the hotel is quite at night. The location is nice. You can walk to the museum of the Łódź city within 10 minutes. 😉 The WiFi is really good. The staff is very helpful
