What surprised me most was how they’ve managed to keep things feeling personal despite being what’s essentially a modern apartment-hotel setup. The check-in was smooth (they send you codes ahead of time, which I was initially skeptical about but worked perfectly), and the rooms have that Scandinavian-minimalist thing going on without feeling sterile. The kitchenette setup is proper too – not just a mini-fridge and a prayer, but actual cooking space if you want to grab groceries from the Żabka down the street or hit up the weekend market. I spent a good chunk of one rainy afternoon cooking and catching up on shows, and it felt more like staying in a friend’s spare room than a hotel. The WiFi held up fine even with streaming, and honestly, after spending time in some other places around Łódź where the internet barely handles email, that’s not something to take for granted. The building itself has character – it’s one of those early 20th-century blocks that’s been thoughtfully updated rather than gutted and rebuilt. You get the high ceilings and solid walls that actually keep noise down, but with modern fixtures that work properly. For a 3-star place, it punches well above its weight.

  Pobyt w apartamencie w dawnym budynku kina Polonia to prawdziwa przyjemność. Mieszkanie jest nowoczesne, bardzo czyste i świetnie wyposażone – wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, było na miejscu. Dużym atutem jest też lokalizacja – ścisłe centrum Łodzi, tuż przy Piotrkowskiej, ale jednocześnie cicho i spokojnie.
  Budynek ma swój unikalny klimat dzięki historii miejsca – fajny detal dla fanów architektury i miejskich opowieści. Obsługa kontaktowa i pomocna, meldunek przebiegł sprawnie, bezproblemowo. Zdecydowanie polecam zarówno na krótki city break, jak i dłuższy pobyt.
