The location is absolutely perfect though, right smack in the middle of Łódź’s famous Piotrkowska Street, which locals will tell you is one of the longest commercial streets in Europe. You’re literally stepping out into the heart of everything – cafes, bars, shops, and that incredible street art that makes this city so unexpectedly cool.

The thing that struck me most about this place is how they’ve managed to feel boutique-ish without being pretentious about it. It’s got this modern, clean aesthetic that works really well with the historic vibe of the neighborhood. The rooms are actually quite spacious (which, you know, isn’t always a given in city center hotels), and honestly, the beds live up to the name – I mean, they clearly put some thought into the comfort factor. What I really appreciated was the attention to soundproofing because Piotrkowska can get pretty lively, especially on weekends when the bar crowd is out. But even with a room facing the street, I slept surprisingly well.

The staff here genuinely seem to know their stuff about the city, which makes a huge difference when you’re trying to figure out where to grab the best pierogi or how to get to Manufaktura without getting lost. Speaking of getting around – the tram connections are fantastic from here, though honestly, you’ll probably end up walking most places because everything interesting is within a few blocks. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving (welcome to European city centers, right?), but they’ll help you sort that out. The 8.4 rating really makes sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s that sweet spot where you’re getting solid four-star comfort without the stuffiness that sometimes comes with fancier places. I’d definitely come back, especially since I barely scratched the surface of what this neighborhood has to offer.

  The hotel is conveniently located right in the middle of the main pedestrian street, making it easy to reach all the sights in either direction on foot. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you might need—and more (for example, a capsule coffee machine and an ironing board). Breakfast is served in a café within the same building and features a full buffet along with individual table service. Overall, it's clear that the owners and staff genuinely care about creating a cozy atmosphere—there are old photos of Łódź hanging in the hallways and flowers placed on the windowsills. Everyone was very attentive and friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant.

  We came for a concert and were able to leave our car on the parking lot before check-in hours. After the convert we were at the reception at around midnight and the receptionist was there and passed us the keys.
  When we left, my wife forgot her make up bag and the personal contacted us and suggested multiple ways how it can be returned. In few days it was in our hands. Really appreciate it!

  What could be improved: Hard to understand how to get inside. Better call before trying to enter somehow. I managed to find parking from back side. Easier to enter than from busy street

  One of the townhouses on Piotrkowska street that has been converted to a hotel. Rooms are decent size, getting to the hotel is easy, I believe there are also some parking spaces. Location is ideal for a city break, close to all the shops/restaurants on Piotrkowska street and quite close to the "Manufaktura" shopping centre. The staff is very nice and accomodating, they allowed us to leave our bags for few hours after checking out, so we could spend a bit more time in the city.
  
  What could be improved: Bed was quite close to the wall so passing the wall-mounted TV was a bit of an exercise, other than that, no issues.

  Great location. The facilities is worth the money. Free parking in backyard & pretty decent breakfast is a plus.
  
  What could be improved: More clear instructions on how to enter parking space from the back entrance would be helpful. The main entrance from front feel bit cramped for bigger cars.

  The entrance to the parking was very narrow, but it was possible to enter with a Renault Trafic. But anyway parking space is very good, and privat.

  Location great, all you need have inside, comfortable bed and super cleaned bathroom. Coffee-maker really nice! I will return definitely! Highly recommend!
