  What could be improved: We have booked an apartment at 11am, the hour before check-in we did not have information about where to get the keys or any information. We tried to call the host several times but he was unreachable until the very last moment. The apartment itself was different from what was on the pictures. It was smaller, no curtains, dirty, bedsheets seemed to be used before and if you want to cook there is no utensil or cutlery. We expected 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but in reality it was 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Upon mentioning to the host our problems he just ignored the message, very disappointing, not recommending.

  Very close to the centre and shops, was worth every penny.
  I would definitely stay again. Missing a few little bits tho.
  
  What could be improved: It didn’t have Air conditioning, Clothes rail to dry cloths, Ironing board, Iron, Hairdryer.
  It needs something in the shower for your toiletries as they had to go on the floor.
  Without air conditioning it was a little noisy as it is on a very busy road.

  Very nice and big apartment in a building under constuction. The person we met and he sow us the entrance is a very polite young guy that he is doing a very nise job. The building is under conctuctions and i thing when is going to be ready will be an apartment which someone could rent for the double amount. The apartment has a lot of pottentials and as a guest i will say that i would reccomented it to everybody.the location is excellent and you can move in the centre of thre city on your foot. Some things that mast be impooved i believe that they will be when it will be totally ready…

  Not far from a tram station. Quite clean.
  
  What could be improved: Not easy to find without calling the owner twice. The apartment was OK but looks like a work in progress – only the essentials done but then they perhaps ran out of money. But fine for a one night stay and minimalistic with an industrial flavor. However, beware that the actual building looks really horrible – see the attached picture displaying the staircase.
