Location-wise, you’re about a 15-minute walk to the city center, which honestly isn’t bad at all. The tram stops nearby make it easy to get around if you don’t feel like walking, and I found myself using them quite a bit to explore different parts of Łódź. Parking was straightforward too – there’s street parking that’s not too competitive during the day, though evenings can get a bit tighter. The staff were genuinely helpful without being overly formal about it. Check-in was smooth, and when I had a question about the heating (it was March and still pretty chilly), they sorted it out quickly. For a 3-star place with an 8.6 rating, it delivers exactly what you’d hope for – clean, comfortable, and functional without any major surprises. It’s the kind of spot where you can actually settle in for a few days and feel like you’re living in Łódź rather than just passing through.

  Nice clean and cozy apartment with kitchen, 15 min. walk to Atlas Arena. Easy to get in, the owner provides detailed instructions. WiFi works fine.
  
  What could be improved: It would be really helpful to have the following in the apartment:
  1. Instant coffee. There were tea bags, and it's reasonable to have some sachets of instant coffee as well, like it is in every other hotel or apartment.
  2. In the apartment for two people there was only one chair at the table in the kitchen. One more chair is needed for sure.
  3. There was neither shampoo no shower soap or gel at all.
  4. (Optional) A spare blanket would be great to have.
  5. (Optional) An iron.
