There’s a decent grocery store just a couple blocks away (trust me, you’ll want to stock up on those Polish breakfast pastries), and the tram connections are actually better than you’d expect for being slightly off the main tourist trail. The 9.8 rating this place gets makes total sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s not trying to be fancy, but everything just works the way it should.
