The rooms aren’t huge – this is a three-star property after all – but they’re well-designed in that European way where every inch serves a purpose. Good lighting for actually reading, decent water pressure in the shower, and windows that open if you want fresh air instead of just recycled AC. The beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up with that “slept on a board” feeling you sometimes get. I mean, the soundproofing is pretty solid too, which matters because Łódź can get lively at night, and you don’t want street noise ruining your sleep. Parking was straightforward – no circling the block for twenty minutes hoping to find a spot. The breakfast was better than I expected, actually featuring local stuff alongside the standard hotel fare, and they seemed to understand that coffee quality matters to people who are trying to start their day properly. What strikes me most is that this place has earned its 8.8 rating honestly – it’s not flashy or trying to be something it’s not, but it delivers on the basics really well and adds those small touches that make you feel like they actually care about your experience rather than just processing you through their system.

  The most convenient was the location near Atlas arena, concerts venue. Just 10 minutes walk from the hotel. If you are traveling for any event there, location is great!

  Friendly staff, clean, great sauna, perfect location for Audioriver (music festival on Błonia Łódzkie), but also close enough to Piotrkowska.

  Comfortable rooms with large beds and big windows overlooking the courtyard. Water cooler in the corridor for chilled water. Helpful friendly staff. Great variety and quantity of food at breakfast, which changed from day to day. Close to Kaliska station.
  
  What could be improved: A bit of a walk to main tourist areas. Shower pressure weak and grout dirty. Very few sockets and bedside light only on one side.

  The hotel was very clean but could have used extra pillows. Breakfast was much beyond expectations, just fabulous; the options to choose from and freshness were remarkable. The staff was very accommodating to the point that one of the desk clerks ran out to let us know that the bus we had asked about would arrive in 2 min. It was really nice of her to check the schedule and let us know about it.

  I was studying for a test during my stay, and asked for a quiet room, the staff was super nice, and gave me a free room upgrade. The bed was comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Lots of choices for breakfast. Highly recommend.
