  The apartment itself doesn't have a problem – clean, in fact I was bound to come back here.
  
  What could be improved: The staff (or owner I don't know at this point) took all the time in the world to explain how she did me a favour to communicate with me when I explained I didn't receive instructions.
  Despite being made to wait for almost half an hour and from lack of laundry machine, I gracefully didn't complain and mentioned , it's not a problem, I can find other solutions.
  
  When I tried the WiFi, it was non existent, when communicated, I was told to restart a router that was never there. All that said, it didn't bother me one bit. I am just not a mean person, so i resorted to using my own tablet data. And yet, last night before checkout, I just requested 1 hour late checkout due to some work I had – and the attitude I received and millions of messages – I was like never again. Just the tone & bulkness of the unhelpful messages (finger pointing and criticising). This is what broke the camel's back. On receiving all the messages , the person kept on saying that had I mentioned that the router couldn't be found , they would have indicated its location and that It was my fault for lack of communication (which sounds fair) – the punchline is, I was still in the apartment that night , so why didn't i receive the location of the router ?? Did I have to explain that too??!!
  
  The answer is simple , more time was spent defending arguments and accusing the customer instead of actually thinking of ways to help the said customer. (The 1 hr late checkout was the best demonstration on top of the WiFi situation, which could have been resoved even past the dispute*). They had everything to gain and nothing to lose, and yet someone's ego was in the way*
  
  What's more , the requests I made were not out of this world.

  The apartment was in a new apartment complex, the area was clean and organized. The apartment itself was clean too, looked recently renovated. It had everything it needed for a short one night stay. It had a nice balcony and a few seats on it. Parking was inside the gated complex, and close to the door. Overall, a pretty pleasant experience.
  
  What could be improved: Took us about 30 minutes to figure out all the instructions to get into the apartment. Once we called the host to get a map where to open the parking gates everything went quicker. The instructions are in polish and google translate does not translate it accurately. Also, the beads were quite squeaky and even turning over at night was quite loud for everyone. Also, 4 people shouldn't step in the small elevator, it will get stuck

  Very nice, cute apartment, beautiful interior. Clean and comfy. Good wifi, free parking, closed house quarter. There's coffee machine and some toys for kids (kids were very happy :)).

  What could be improved: the main entrance gate for the car. the code provided is for small gate only. You’ll be able to open the big gate using the remote control which is not provided. we have to wait for another car owner who owns a remote control to be able for us to get in and get out of the gate. There is no manual operated button access of the big gate.
