The whole setup is clean and functional without trying too hard to be trendy, which I actually prefer. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to skip the restaurant scene for a night (and let’s be honest, sometimes you just want to eat cereal for dinner). I did notice the walls are a bit thin – you might hear your neighbors if they’re having a particularly enthusiastic conversation, but it wasn’t anything that kept me awake.

What I really liked was how easy it was to explore from here. Krakowska puts you in this sweet spot where you can walk to the main tourist stuff without being right in the middle of all the chaos. The tram connections are solid if you want to hit up Manufaktura or the city center properly, but honestly, some of the best cafes and bars are just a few blocks away in the quieter neighborhoods. The hosts seem to know what they’re doing too – check-in was smooth, they responded quickly when I had questions, and they didn’t hover but were clearly keeping an eye on things. For a 3-star spot, it punches above its weight, which explains that 8.6 rating. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you’re getting a genuine slice of Łódź life rather than just passing through.

Travelers should reserve a hotel in Lodz at least two months ahead for major events like Camerimage Festival, ensuring the best rates and prime locations near cultural attractions.

  Spokojna lokalizacja, obok parku, w ktorym mozna bardzo miło spedzic czas i odpocząć, pobiegac itd, , chyba, ze jest sie alergikiem i wlasnie trafiasz na pylenie drzew, no ale to kwestia indywidualna. Dojadz do atrakcji dzieciecych idealny, do CH manufaktura tak samo. Z tej str Lodzi sa mniejsze korki dojazdowe. Niedakeko, ok 5 min pieszo, stokrotka i zabka. Sam apartamen czysty na 6+, lozka wygodne, przestrzen pomieszczen wystarczajaca do pomieszkiwania. Ogromny plus za wszystkie sprzęty ułatwiajace funkcjonwanie jak odkuzrzacz, mop, suszarke na pranie , pralke, zmiotke i szufelke, co wiem z doswiadczenia, nie jest oczywista podstawą wyposazenia mieszkan na wynajem krótkoterminowy.
  Opcja samodzielnego meldunku/wymeldowania super, bo nikt szczegolnie nie musial byc zangazowany gdy nie wiedzielismy do konca, o ktorej przyjedziemy.
  
  What could be improved: Bardzo podstawowe wyposażenie kuchni. Rodzina 2+2 to jeszcze jako tako, ale przydalyby się jeszcze ze dwa widelce, noze kubki, miseczki, talerze itp. Brak korkociagu- damska torebka sobie z tym poradzila aleeee..
  Komunikacja z opiekunami obiektu byla lekko opozniona stad musielismy troche zrewidowac plany. Odp na pytanie zadane dwa dni przed przyjazdem przyszła w dniu wyjazdu. 😂

  Good location, however during time we have stayed planned roadworks outside so taxis much more expensive . We should have been informed prior to our arrival
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately flat was not cleaned properly , floors dirty , fridge dirty , copy of documets in shelves belonged to previous people staying. Also last night there was power cuts ( as we got yo know from neighbours next day planned) so again we should have been informed . The company also tried to charge us extra for towels that needed to be washed . Towels are normal part of wear and tear and should be washed in high degrees . Brcause of power cuts there all electrical eqipment was on and off all night so we couldnt sleep. In the darkness we broke by accident lamp that costs 185 zl they tried to take 500 zl from my account without any prior information . I have emailed them.in the morning about lamp to dicuss it . Never again with this company
