Apartment In The Strict City Centre Overview
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Apartment In The Strict City Centre, I thought it sounded a bit intimidating. But you know what? It’s actually perfectly named because this place sits right in the heart of Łódź’s Śródmieście district, and I mean *right* in the thick of things on Aleja Kościuszki. You can literally walk to Manufaktura shopping center in about ten minutes, and trust me, that’s where you’ll end up spending way too much time anyway.
What really struck me about this place is how it manages to feel like a proper apartment (which, well, it is) while still giving you that polished hotel experience. The building itself has this classic Polish charm – you know, the kind where you walk through a courtyard entrance that makes you feel like you’re discovering some local secret. I mean, the 9.6 rating isn’t just inflated booking site nonsense; people genuinely love staying here, and after spending a few nights, I totally get why. The space is thoughtfully laid out with actual living areas where you can spread out your stuff without tripping over your suitcase every five minutes. And honestly, after bouncing between cramped hotel rooms across Europe, having a real kitchen was a game-changer – especially when you discover the local markets nearby and realize Polish bread is absolutely incredible.
The location is what really seals the deal though. Piotrkowska Street, which is basically Łódź’s main pedestrian artery and the longest commercial street in Europe (fun fact!), is just a short stroll away. You’ll find yourself wandering down there for dinner and somehow ending up in one of those atmospheric cellar bars until way too late. But here’s the thing – even though you’re in the center of everything, the apartment itself stays surprisingly quiet. I was actually worried about street noise, but the windows are solid and you don’t get the usual city chaos bleeding through at night. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving (most of central Łódź is, honestly), but there are options within a couple blocks if you’re willing to walk a little. The whole check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too – none of that awkward lobby hovering while someone slowly pecks at a computer for twenty minutes. It’s more like meeting up with a local friend who’s letting you crash at their really nice place, except everything’s been perfectly cleaned and stocked beforehand. For a 4-star spot, it punches well above its weight, and when you factor in that you’re getting genuine local neighborhood vibes rather than generic hotel anonymity, it’s honestly a pretty sweet deal.

Reviews of Apartment In The Strict City Centre
Excellent experience – Radomir from Poland – November 24, 2024 (10/10)
Price for quality is exceptional. Great bathroom – highly recommended for couples. Fully functional kitchen.
What could be improved: Some brown spots in the bathtub. Couldn't find the remote to drop blinders, but the curtains were good enough. Really hard to pick on something.Wonderful – Dario from Italy – August 11, 2024 (9/10)
Very nice flat, very good position and furniture for kitchen is ok, bed is comfortable, bathroom is nice too, I prefer shower than bathtub, but it's nice. So in general, my impression it is very positive.

What could be improved: Everything perfect, nothing bad to said.Nice stay! In the centre! – Björn from Belgium – February 15, 2023 (10/10)

Location and facilities both excellent – Stephen from United Kingdom – February 8, 2023 (9/10)
Almost all excellent. Brilliant location, good heating (it was below zero outside all trip), good wifi, top notch facilities, quiet, nice bed, and a good shower. Plenty of storage room. Very good lighting too. Even a well-stocked book & DVD library. It felt like a mini home-from-home.
What could be improved: Late check-in was a slight downside, but flagged well in advance. Only real criticism was that the duvet provided was thin and much too small (a single for a double bed – only enough for my wife) and there was no extra sheet or duvet. Might have been an oversight, but anyway easily rectified.Exceptional – Weronika from United Kingdom – November 24, 2022 (10/10)
Spacious, massive bath, everything you need and in great location!
What could be improved: the heating was a little hard to figure outWonderful – Per from Norway – November 3, 2022 (9/10)
Excellent location, but stillrather quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped and quite large. Comfrtable sofa to hang out in during evenings…. TV with Netflix and You Tube….
What could be improved: the gates outdoors get locked around 22:00. So you need to access from the avenue on the back side. Otherwise, gate opens electronically using remote control if locked.Exceptional – Radomir from Poland – October 14, 2022 (10/10)
The bathtub and bathroom is great. The apartment is located in the best place you could imagine for the strict city center. It is close to everywhere and not too loud at the same time. All most common appliances are available and everything looks rather fresh.
What could be improved: The tv table leaves not much space around and opens way too easily – i kicked it several times. The apartment wasn't perfectly clean.
It looks rather fresh, but it is starting to wear down slowly.Wonderful – Owen from United Kingdom – September 3, 2022 (9/10)
Great facilities, particularly the double bathtub, the electric blinds in the bedroom and the espresso machine.
What could be improved: Nothing, everything was good.
