I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Apartment Golden Manufaktura Łódź by Rentujemy on Drewnowska Street, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The building itself is pretty modern, which actually works well in this part of Baluty where you’ve got this interesting mix of old industrial Łódź and newer developments. What really sold me on the place was how close you are to Manufaktura – I mean, you can literally walk there in about five minutes, which is perfect if you want to grab dinner or do some shopping without dealing with trams or taxis.

The apartment setup is honestly refreshing after staying in so many cookie-cutter hotel rooms. You get a proper kitchen (not just a mini-fridge situation), which came in handy since I picked up some amazing pierogi from the market near Piotrkowska Street – you know how it is, sometimes you just want to eat in your pajamas. The space feels bigger than most 3-star places I’ve stayed at, and there’s something nice about having separate areas instead of everything crammed into one room. The WiFi actually works well, which… well, let’s just say that’s not always a given in rental apartments. I did notice some street noise in the mornings – Drewnowska gets a bit busy during rush hour – but nothing that made me lose sleep over it.

What I really appreciated was how the whole experience felt less touristy and more like you’re actually living in Łódź for a few days. The neighborhood has this authentic vibe where you’ll see locals heading to work or walking their dogs, and there’s a decent grocery store just down the street if you need basics. Plus, you’re positioned really well for exploring – the Old Town is totally walkable, and if you want to venture out to places like the EC1 science center or catch a show at one of the theaters, you’re not stuck in some remote location. The 8.5 rating makes sense to me because while it’s not luxury by any means, everything works as it should, it’s clean, and the value is solid for what you get. I’d definitely book it again, especially if I was planning a longer stay where having that kitchen and extra space would really matter.

  Apartament bardzo ładnie urządzony, dobrze wyposażony jest wszystko co potrzeba, klimatyzacja bardzo wydajna, parking przed obiektem. Bardzo dobre wskazówki jak dostać się do obiektu, miejsce tuz obok galerii Manufaktura gdzie można skorzystać z restauracji, w niedalekim sąsiedztwie 2 żabki, blisko przystanek tramwajowy. Do ulicy Piotrkowskiej spacerkiem około 15 minut. Można tez skorzystać z hulajnóg bądź tramwaju. W apartamencie jest żelazko, suszarka, środki czystości a nawet kawa, herbata i ciasteczka. Łóżko podwójne bardzo wygodne. W salonie rozkładana kanapa która nie za bardzo nadaje się do spania.

  Apartament bardzo nam się podobał gustownie umeblowane i pięknym wystrojem mieszkania, też lokalizacja bardzo dobra blisko do centrum Manufaktura 👍🙂 duży plus parking i to bezpłatny 🙂 do Aprtrtamentu Super. Ogólnie byliśmy bardzo Zadowoleni.
