What really sold me on this place was the underground parking situation – I mean, you can add it as an option, and in Łódź, trust me, you’ll want to. Street parking around there can be… well, let’s just say it’s not always straightforward. The apartment itself feels like someone actually lives there, you know? Not that sterile hotel room feeling where everything’s bolted down and smells like industrial cleaning products. The space is comfortable without trying too hard, and there’s enough room to spread out if you’re staying more than just a night or two. I actually appreciated that it wasn’t stuffed with unnecessary decorative pillows – just the essentials done well.

The neighborhood around Więckowskiego is one of those areas where you’ll hear actual Polish conversations drifting from windows, see babcias (grandmothers) walking to the local shops, that sort of thing. It’s about a 15-minute walk to get into the more central parts of Łódź, which honestly isn’t bad at all. The building itself is solid – no creaky floors or paper-thin walls that make you hear every conversation in the hallway. What struck me most was how the owners clearly pay attention to details without making a big show of it. The 9.4 rating makes sense once you’ve stayed there because it’s those little things – good water pressure, reliable wifi, a kitchen that’s actually equipped for cooking, not just for show. Sure, it’s technically a 3-star place, but it doesn’t feel like they’re cutting corners to hit a price point. Sometimes you find these gems that just work better than fancier places that cost twice as much, and this is definitely one of those situations.

  What could be improved: Underground parking has big but bad entrance for cars with low or medium clearance. Tesla model 3 heavily touched bottom of car. We drive in slow but didnt help. All parts stayed on places but scrapped by bottom.

  Nicely decorated and new apartment. Very well equipped (even the washing mashine). The bed is comfortable. Piotrkowska street is 20 minutes walk from the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: A rather small bed for 2 adults (160 cm) and narrow duvet for 2 persons (two of them should be provided for 2 persons).

  It was good choise for short staying, near the Piotrkowska street. Clean, cozy appartment, with lots of nice details. Although we didn't cook, we couldn't help but notice that the kitchenette is well equipped compared to many other apartments. Plus is a parking slot in the garage.
