The location is honestly pretty clever once you understand Łódź a bit. You’re right in the city center, but on one of those side streets that locals actually use, not the touristy main drags. I mean, you can walk to Piotrkowska Street in maybe ten minutes, but you’re not dealing with the weekend crowds stumbling past your window at 2 AM. The tram connections are solid too – there’s a reason it’s called Tramwajowa, right? I found myself hopping on line 9 or 14 pretty regularly to get around the city. Parking was surprisingly manageable for the area, though I’d still recommend asking CityNest about spots when you book.

What really sold me on the place was the attention to actual living details. The kitchens aren’t just for show – they’ve got real pots, sharp knives, and enough dishes that you could actually cook a proper meal instead of surviving on hotel breakfast and takeout. The Wi-Fi was fast enough for video calls (tested it multiple times), and the heating worked well during my November stay, which honestly isn’t a given in some Łódź buildings. The 8.5 rating makes sense when you consider you’re getting apartment-style space and amenities at three-star prices. Sure, don’t expect daily housekeeping or a concierge, but if you’re the type who likes having your own space and maybe preparing some meals with ingredients from the nearby Żabka or that little market on Więckowskiego, this setup works really well. The CityNest team was pretty responsive when I had questions, and check-in was straightforward – they send you codes and instructions that actually work, which is more than I can say for some places I’ve stayed.

  Location, apartment is new and was clean but a bit smaller than expected. Much appreciated was communication with the owner.

  We highly recommend these apartments! We were traveling with kids, and unfortunately, our car broke down during the trip. The hosts were incredibly kind and understanding – they allowed us to stay longer than planned so we could sort everything out calmly. This truly shows how caring and hospitable they are. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and perfect for a family. Thank you for everything!
