  Wygodne, praktycznie urządzone mieszkanie z uspokajającym widokiem na (chyba) zabytkowy park.
  Bardzo wygodny w użyciu garaż – z bramą na pilota – pod budynkiem, z windą(!) bezpośrednio na piętro mieszkania. Spokojna okolica, choć architektura nowoczesna przeplata się z zaniedbanymi budynkami miejskimi. Jednak, jak dla mnie: PRZEDE WSZYSTKIM – bardzo wygodne (drogowo) miejsce na wypady do większości miejsc wartych odwiedzenia w Łodzi. Ważne dla rodzin z dziećmi lubiących raczej wspólne kolacje/śniadania w domu – w pobliżu dostępne markety spożywcze na spokojne i pełne lub też awaryjne zakupy. Poza tym blisko stacja benzynowa, apteka itp.
  
  What could be improved: Nieco grymasząc: może przydałby się prosty blender elektryczny z końcówkami do robienia smoothie, naleśników itp dla dzieciaków na szybki śniadanie :).

  Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty na miejscu. W łazience potrzebne kosmetyki i ręczniki. Blisko na przystanek tramwajowy i autobusowy. Miejsce postojowe na parkingu w budynku.
  
  What could be improved: W mieszkaniu było zimno, nie pomogło nawet odkręcenie termoregulatorów. Nie wiem z czego to wynikało, ale możliwe, że okna są tam żle zamontowane.

  Nowe mieszkanie, czyste. Wyposażone we wszystko co jest potrzebne. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko sklep Żabka.
  
  What could be improved: Zimno w mieszkaniu. Wieje w lazience ze skrzynki na liczniki. Często podróżuje i pierwszy raz mi się zdażyło, że marzłam w mieszkaniu. Kaloryfery ciepłe tylko w górnej części. Ucieszyły mnie dodatkowe kołdry to jakiś udało się przetrwać.

  Excellent apartment! Stayed for 4 days with my daughter. Very clean and comfortable, close to supermarket and trams. Daughter loved that we had Netflix! Would definitely stay again when we next visit
  
  What could be improved: Properly was very cold when we arrived and heating wasn’t working, however, maintenance arrived within a couple of hours after emailing and they fixed the problem.
