You’d be surprised how rare that is in converted apartments. The whole setup has this lived-in comfort that makes you feel settled pretty quickly. I ended up staying longer than planned partly because it was just easy to be there. The neighborhood has this quiet energy during the week, though weekends can get a bit livelier with locals heading to the nearby cafés and small restaurants. Parking was straightforward too, which if you’ve ever tried to navigate car logistics in Polish cities, you know that’s not always a given. The 8.6 rating makes total sense to me – it’s not trying to be some luxury experience, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. For the price point and the practical benefits of having your own space with working amenities, it’s the kind of place I’d definitely book again if I found myself back in Łódź.

  Ogólnie czysto, wyremontowane, odmalowane.
  
  What could be improved: Moim zdaniem studio nie nadaje się na wynajem w zimne dni. Okna w kamienicy nie szczelne, siedząc na kanapie czuć wiejący po głowie wiatr. Grzejniki elektrycznie (x2) chodziły cały wieczór i noc a mimo to nie dały rady nagrzać pomieszczenia na tyle by zjeść komfortowo śniadanie, trzeba było jeść śniadanie w kurtkach.
