What actually surprised me was how thoughtfully put together everything is inside. I mean, this isn’t some flashy hotel with marble lobbies or anything like that, but whoever runs this place clearly gets what travelers actually need. The apartment itself feels like staying at a well-organized friend’s place rather than some sterile hotel room. You’ve got proper space to spread out, a kitchen area that’s actually functional (not just for show), and honestly, the whole setup just makes sense. The 8.6 rating isn’t an accident – you can tell they’ve worked out the kinks that usually bug people about apartment stays. Things like having enough towels, decent water pressure, and Wi-Fi that doesn’t cut out when you’re trying to video call home.

What I really appreciated was the location situation. Wigury street itself is pretty quiet, especially compared to some of the main drags in central Łódź, but you’re still walking distance from Piotrkowska Street – which, if you haven’t been, is basically where all the action happens. I could stroll over for dinner or drinks without dealing with taxis or public transport, then come back to actually get some sleep. And parking – well, it’s not terrible, which in city centers is basically a win. The neighborhood has this lived-in feel that I actually prefer to those touristy areas where everything feels manufactured. You’ll see locals doing their grocery shopping, kids heading to school, that sort of authentic daily life that makes you feel like you’re experiencing the real Łódź rather than just passing through. Sure, it’s a 3-star place, so don’t expect room service or a concierge, but if you’re the type who prefers having your own space and the freedom to come and go as you please, this setup works really well. The value proposition here is solid – you’re getting a proper apartment experience in a genuinely central location without paying tourist trap prices.

  Lokalizacja obiektu bardzo blisko ulicy Piotrkowskiej. Zapewniony darmowy parking zamknięty. Nowy i czysty obiekt.
  
  What could be improved: Lokal jest umiejscowiony w bloku bezpośrednio przy wejściu do klatki schodowej w niskim parterze, w mojej opinii był to wcześniej lokal usługowy, a nie mieszkaniowy. Jedna z sypialni obiektu jest przy ścianie bezpośrednio przy wejściu do budynku. Każde wejście do klatki schodowej bardzo mocno słychać, szczególnie w nocy. Okna również są przy wejściu do budynku, jeżeli są otwarte to słychać rozmowy z wewnątrz jak i z zewnątrz. Jedna z sypialni jest bez okna.

  Celkovo ubytko bolo super 9/10, nové, čisté, vybavenie bolo dostatočné….chybalo len zopár maličkosti…súčasťou vybavenia bola aj naparovacia žehlička, ktorá je dosť potrebná, ak cestujete z ďaleka.
  
  What could be improved: Na ubytovaní chýba televízia, čo mi dosť prekážalo a taktiež v popise nebolo uvedené že sa jedná o byt v suteréne bytového domu.

  Domaćin mi je izašao maksimalno u susret te cu zanemariti sitne nedostatke. Objekat je nov i lepo opremljen.
