I’ve stayed in plenty of places where parking becomes this whole stressful ordeal, but here you just pull right into the garage downstairs. The neighborhood around Grabieniec might not look like much at first glance, but there’s something authentic about it – real Łódź life happening without the tourist polish. You’ve got local shops within walking distance, and it’s actually pretty quiet for being in the city center area.

The apartment itself feels brand new, which it basically is given the building’s recent construction. Everything works properly – the shower has great pressure, the Wi-Fi never dropped, and the kitchen has all the basics if you want to grab groceries from the nearby Żabka or that larger market on the main street. What impressed me most, though, was how restful the whole experience felt. Sometimes feng shui arrangements can feel forced or gimmicky, but this actually works. The space flows naturally, there’s plenty of natural light during the day, and somehow the traffic noise from below barely registers up on the 10th floor. For a 4-star rating, they’re definitely delivering on the promise – I’ve stayed in “luxury” places that felt way more sterile and impersonal. This spot manages to be both modern and comfortable, which isn’t always easy to pull off in these new developments.

  Mieszkanie nowe, czyste i bardzo przytulne, w kuchni było wszystko czego potrzeba, nie wspominając już o pralce, odkurzaczu itp pomocnych sprzętach, których też nie zabrakło. Dodatkowe pościele, ręczniki itp też na duży plus. Blisko do supermarketów i parking w budynku. Krótko byliśmy, więc nie zdążyliśmy skorzystać ze wszystkich udogodnień;)
  
  What could be improved: Tramwaje za oknem niestety trochę hałasowały i przeszkadzały w spaniu ale przy zamkniętym oknie można było o nich zapomnieć.
