I walked into this unassuming building on Kopernika Street expecting just another basic rental, but honestly – this place punches way above its weight class. The location is actually perfect if you want to experience Łódź like someone who lives there, not just passes through. You’re right in the thick of things but not dealing with the tourist crowds that cluster around the main squares.

The apartment itself has this lived-in comfort that I really appreciate – nothing feels staged or sterile like those cookie-cutter hotel rooms. I mean, when I say it’s a 3-star place, don’t picture some fancy lobby with marble floors. What you get instead is something much better: a space that actually feels like home. The kitchen is properly stocked (not just for show), the wifi works without constantly dropping, and the bed is genuinely comfortable – I slept better there than I have in some 5-star places, if I’m being honest. The whole setup just makes sense, you know? Everything’s where you’d expect it to be.

What really sold me though was how quiet it gets at night, despite being on a fairly busy street during the day. The windows must be decent quality because once you close them, the city noise just melts away. And parking – God, parking in Łódź can be such a headache, but this area actually has spots available if you circle around a bit. The neighborhood has this great mix of young professionals and longtime residents, so there’s always something happening but it never feels chaotic. There’s a fantastic little café about two blocks down that locals swear by, and honestly, discovering places like that is half the fun of staying somewhere like this instead of a big chain hotel. The 9.5 rating makes total sense once you spend a night or two here – it’s not trying to be something it isn’t, but what it does, it does really well.

  Bardzo czysto, w apartamencie było wszystko co potrzebne łącznie z lodem w zamrażarce. Był nawet gotów kilka godzin przed planowym zameldowaniem o czym zostałam poinformowana w wiadomości. Parking podziemny, balkon, wszystko super.
