The “szyfonowy” (chiffon) theme is subtle but actually quite nice — there’s this soft, airy feel to the decor that somehow works perfectly with the historic building’s character.

You know what impressed me most? The practical stuff that travel sites never tell you about. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, and honestly, having a full kitchen setup meant I could grab fresh bread from the little bakeries along Piotrkowska in the morning instead of hunting for overpriced hotel breakfast. The apartment itself is well thought out — I mean, it’s not massive, but everything has its place, and there’s actually decent storage space for your stuff. The bathroom’s modern and the water pressure is solid, which honestly matters more than most people admit when you’re exploring a city all day.

Being right in Śródmieście means you’re essentially at the heart of everything that makes Łódź interesting. I could walk to the Manufaktura shopping center in about fifteen minutes, but more importantly, I was surrounded by those incredible Art Nouveau buildings and all the little galleries and cafes that locals actually frequent. The tram connections are right there too — super handy for getting to the more industrial heritage sites or the airport without dealing with parking (which, let’s be real, can be a nightmare in this part of town). That 9.1 rating honestly makes sense once you spend a night or two here — it’s one of those places that just works, you know? Not flashy, not trying too hard, but delivering exactly what you need for a proper Łódź experience.

  Pokoj je velmi hezký, směřující do vnitrobloku, kde ruší maximálně hovor z pizzerie.Každopádně postele pohodlné a pizzerie s 5% slevou díky ubytování v Good time je také příjemná a moc nám chutnalo, mají i české pivo.

  Nice staff and good location, but the room was above a hookah bar, so there was a smell of smoke inside. The apartment is definitely used a lot, but the beds are comfortable and it was fine for a one night stay.

  The hotel is in the downtown area, a beautiful part of the city. The narrow street is charming. I found it so helpful to have the reception open 24/7. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. There are free hot drinks at the reception. The parking right by our windows and quite cheap. The breakfast was very cheap (about 18 euros for 2 adults and 3 kids), and kids ate for free. The breakfast was so good, a perfect way to start the day. The apartment had towels, soap, extra blankets, a free baby crib, an electric kettle, a mini fridge, and water bottles. The house seems historic and unique, the ceiling was soooo high. Can't wait to come back.
  
  What could be improved: I must say, it is great for the price but there are a few things I can point out as negatives. I could not bear the smell in the house and apartment. I assume people who stay smoke there, because the smell was strong in there. The apartments are furnished quite cheaply (like the tacky wallpaper or bathroom looks like a DIY project), and the house is old and not very updated. The bathroom does not have a lock. There are no closets or drawers in the rooms, very basic.

  What could be improved: Noise from the courtyard, other apartments and constant knocking sound somewhere behind the walls (like slamming door) every minute throughout the night.

  Central location and very nice and helpful staff. We required to extend our stay and there was no issue at all. We where offered another room next door, thus it was very smooth and easy. Apartman was very specious, both of them.
  
  What could be improved: Very noisy. Apartmants are either turned into the courtyard where there is a restaurant terrace below or is turned directly into Piotrkowska street- main pedestrian zone… could not get a proper sleep. Rooms where clear and tidy however they are require some repairs, like poor drainage system in bathroom or broken shower door. Rooms are equiped with kitchen annex however there is no sink. You need to clean your dishes in the bathroom sink and dry them with a bathroom towel. Last but not least, parking is in the closed courtyard, very narrow and hard to manouver. If you have a bigger car- you have got a problem.

  The apartment is right next to the main street, everything is within walking distance. Apartment itself is large with high ceiling. It also had balcony for smoking and good vibe. Nothing to complain for the price, reception was nice and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: The parking lot is inside a narrow street. A full size SUV may not fit, or you will have lots of work doing a 1000 point turn to turn around. Going in and out with a car is a chore. Otherwise not much to complain about.

  Location was excellent. Free coffee and tea. Nice, spacious room.
  
  What could be improved: The wardrop seems lose and it should be attached to the wall. It doesn't look very safe. Car park area in the courtyard is narrow. Also even if you find a space, you may not be able to find a spot if you leave and come back with your car. I think once someone checks-in, and if they find a parking spot, that spot should be reserved for them if they want. There was no key to lock the bathroom.

  What could be improved: There was a strong smell of air freshener in the room which some might say is a good sign but we found it very over powering and unpleasant – what was it trying to hide ? The smell of tobacco? that said the room was very good value for what we paid. The reception was lovely and provided free coffee .
