Apartament przy Woonerfie Overview
First Impressions
When I first walked up to Apartament przy Woonerfie, I’ll be honest — the name might sound a bit intimidating if you don’t speak Polish, but don’t let that throw you off. This four-star apartment sits right on 6 sierpnia street in the heart of Łódź, and you know what struck me immediately? The building has this understated elegance that feels authentically Polish without trying too hard to impress tourists. The entrance is clean and modern, but there’s something refreshingly unpretentious about the whole setup.
Location That Actually Matters
I mean, everyone talks about “great locations,” but this one genuinely delivers. You’re literally in Śródmieście — that’s the city center for those keeping track — and I could walk to pretty much everything worth seeing in Łódź. The famous Piotrkowska Street is just a few minutes away, and honestly, that’s where you’ll want to spend your evenings anyway. What really impressed me though was how quiet it stays despite being so central. The street itself isn’t one of those main thoroughfares where you’re dealing with constant traffic noise, which is actually pretty rare for such a prime spot.
The Space Itself
The room — well, it’s more like a proper apartment really — feels surprisingly spacious for a European city center property. The kitchen is fully equipped, which I appreciated since eating out for every meal gets expensive fast, especially when you’re staying for more than a couple nights. Everything’s modern and clean, with this minimalist Scandinavian-influenced design that somehow works perfectly in Poland. The bed was comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and there’s actually decent storage space, which you don’t always get in these converted apartments.
Practical Perks
Here’s something that’ll save you both money and headaches — they’ve got free private parking right on site. Trust me, if you’ve ever tried to park in central Łódź, you’ll understand why this is huge. Most places either don’t offer parking at all or charge you an arm and a leg for it. The WiFi actually works properly too (I had video calls without issues), and the whole check-in process was refreshingly straightforward. No complicated key pickup procedures or confusing instructions — just simple, efficient service.
Why Guests Love It
Look, couples absolutely rave about this place, and after staying here, I get it. There’s something romantic about having your own little apartment in the heart of a historic Polish city, but it’s not just the atmosphere. The location score of 9.7 isn’t just marketing fluff — you really can explore Łódź on foot from here, then come back to your own private space to decompress. It strikes that perfect balance between being independent and having hotel-like convenience. Plus, at this price point for a four-star property in such a prime location, it’s honestly hard to find better value in Łódź.
Hotels in Lodz offer visitors the opportunity to stay in the heart of this creative metropolis, with easy access to museums, galleries, and former textile factories.

Reviews of Apartament przy Woonerfie
A nice place to stay for a few days – Mariia from Ukraine – April 10, 2025 (10/10)
The location is convenient, and there is a Żabka store right next to the entrance. The apartment has a kitchen stand with all the appliances you need for your stay, as well as a table, wardrobe and a few stands, which are very useful if you have a lot of stuff, like I do. The apartment was clean overall.
Very good spot to ramble around Piotrkowska St. and surroundings. Clean and nice place. A bit chilly – M from Poland – February 15, 2025 (9/10)
Apartment is clean and neat. Has everything you need for a couple of nights stay. Nice contact with manager.
What could be improved: If you would like to cook something, except for a small breakfast… well, you simply cannot (unless you travel with your own set of pans).
During cold and windy days it can get chilly.
