The building is one of those pre-war structures that got a thoughtful renovation, so you get the high ceilings and original details without dealing with, well, pre-war plumbing issues. The entrance is a bit tucked away (I walked past it twice on my first day), but once you find it, you feel like you’ve discovered something locals know about.

What I really appreciated was how functional everything felt without being sterile. The apartment has that lived-in quality – not worn down, just… comfortable, you know? The kitchen actually had proper cooking equipment, not those sad hotel kitchenettes with one bent fork and a microwave from 1995. I made coffee every morning and honestly enjoyed the routine of it. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which matters more than I care to admit, and the heating was consistent – important in Poland, trust me. There’s this little courtyard view from the main window that catches morning light beautifully, though I’ll warn you that the neighbors do have a dog who’s particularly chatty around 7 AM. Not a dealbreaker, just something to know if you’re a heavy sleeper. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too – none of that awkward key-exchange dance you sometimes get with apartment rentals. They clearly have their system figured out after hosting travelers for a while. For a 3-star place with an 8.5 rating, it delivers exactly what you’d hope for without trying to be something it’s not.

  The location is convenient, and there is a Żabka store right next to the entrance. The apartment has a kitchen stand with all the appliances you need for your stay, as well as a table, wardrobe and a few stands, which are very useful if you have a lot of stuff, like I do. The apartment was clean overall.

  Apartment is clean and neat. Has everything you need for a couple of nights stay. Nice contact with manager.
  
  What could be improved: If you would like to cook something, except for a small breakfast… well, you simply cannot (unless you travel with your own set of pans).
  During cold and windy days it can get chilly.

  The apartment was very centrally located, right beside the famous Piotrkowska Street and also near the main train station for ease of travel. The apartment itself was very modern and clean. I would stay again.

  This apartment is amazingly located in a side street of the main city promenade and within walking distance of most places you are likely to want to visit. Easy to reach, even by care and it was very handy to be able to securely park. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay.
