The kitchen’s properly equipped too – I mean, you can actually cook a real meal here instead of surviving on hotel breakfast and takeout. There’s something refreshing about being able to grab groceries from the local shops nearby and prepare your own coffee the way you like it.

What really makes this place work, honestly, is the location within Łódź itself. You’re in this interesting part of the city where the old industrial heritage is still visible – Przędzalniana street has this authentic character that hasn’t been completely polished for tourists yet. I found myself walking to Manufaktura pretty regularly (it’s not far at all), but also discovering these little cafes and shops that locals actually use. The tram connections are solid, which matters more than you might think when you’re trying to explore a city like Łódź properly. Parking can be a bit tricky sometimes – it’s street parking, so you might need to circle the block once or twice during busy periods, but that’s pretty typical for this type of neighborhood. The 9.2 rating honestly makes sense when you stay here; it’s not luxury, but it’s comfortable and genuine in a way that a lot of three-star places aren’t. The check-in process was straightforward, and the whole setup just feels more personal than your typical hotel experience. If you’re the type of traveler who wants to experience a Polish city without the tourist bubble – and you don’t mind doing your own dishes – this place delivers exactly what it promises.

  Mieszkanie bardzo ładne i przestronne, właściciel bardzo pomocny a kontakt z nim szybki. Niestety sprawy czystości pozostawiają wiele do życzenie w mieszkanie w półkach pełno kurzu i na lampach. Osoby sprzątające chyba sprzątają tak żeby na pierwszy rzut oka było ok ale jak np otworzyłem szafkę pod tv to kurz sam wyskoczył. Na balkonie słoik z papierosami i pełno brudu na podłodze. Do tego mieszkanie zarezerwowane było na dwie osoby a dostaliśmy tylko jeden ręcznik pewnie jakbym zgłosił właścicielowi to bym dostał drugi komplet ale byliśmy tam jedną noc więc już nie dzwoniłem. A i śmieszna rzecz jest telewizor ale nie jest podłączony do anteny 😀 Ogólnie fajne mieszkanie ale trzeba chyba personel sprzątający przypilnować .

  Эти апартаменты идеальны! Просторные, стильные со всем необходимым для комфортного пребывания.
  
  What could be improved: Я не нашел для себя чего-то , что мне сильно не понравилось. Единственное чего бы мне хотелось, так это несколько комплектов полотенец, если нужно будет оставаться на более длительный срок. Был один комплект, но мне на день хватило.

  Mieszkanie jest duże i bardzo ładnie urządzone. Można się w nim czuć swobodnie i ilość dekoracji i rzeczy nie przytłacza. Kuchnie ma całe podstawowe wyposażenie. Bardzo wygodna. Dużo szaf i miejsca na rzeczy. Osiedle spokojne i bezpieczne. Blisko do wielu uroczych i ciekawych miejsc w Łodzi.
