This four-star property sits right in the heart of Śródmieście, and I mean right in the thick of things. The building itself has that classic Polish architecture that you see throughout Łódź, but what struck me was how well-maintained everything looked. You know what I mean — sometimes these older buildings can feel a bit tired, but this place actually feels fresh and inviting.

The Apartment Experience

Here’s the thing about staying in an apartment versus a regular hotel room — you get so much more space to actually live, not just sleep. The layout is really thoughtful, with separate areas that don’t feel cramped together. The kitchen is probably my favorite feature because it’s actually functional — I’m talking full-size appliances, decent counter space, and all the basics you need if you want to grab groceries from the local market and cook something simple. The living area flows naturally from the kitchen, and there’s enough seating that you can actually relax without feeling like you’re sitting on your bed all the time.

Location Perks

The location really is something special, and I can see why recent guests rated it so highly. Pomorska Street puts you within walking distance of pretty much everything you’d want to see in central Łódź. What I particularly appreciated was being able to stroll to Piotrkowska Street — that’s the main pedestrian thoroughfare — in just a few minutes. You’re also close enough to the Manufaktura shopping center that you can easily pop over for dinner or entertainment, but far enough away that you don’t deal with all the tourist crowds right outside your door.

Practical Comforts

The practical stuff really works well here, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night or two. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout the space, and there’s actually decent parking nearby — not always a given in this part of the city. The bathroom is modern and well-designed, with good water pressure (you’d be surprised how often that’s an issue). I also noticed they’ve thought about storage — there are enough closets and drawers that you can actually unpack and settle in, rather than living out of your suitcase.

Why Guests Love It

That 9.7 rating really makes sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s the kind of place that gets the details right without being fussy about it. Couples seem to particularly love it, and I can understand why — there’s something romantic about having your own little Polish apartment in the city center, being able to cook breakfast together, then step out and explore. The combination of space, location, and that homey feeling you just don’t get in a traditional hotel room creates something pretty special. Plus, the value is honestly excellent for what you’re getting in this part of Łódź.
