What I really valued was how walkable everything is from here. The Manufaktura shopping center is maybe a 10-minute walk (perfect for rainy days), and if you’re into the whole industrial heritage thing that Łódź is famous for, you’re right in the heart of it. The building itself has that classic Polish charm – you know, the kind with high ceilings and those solid old doors that make you feel like you’re staying somewhere with genuine history.

Now, about that 9.8 rating – I understand it. The owners clearly put consideration into the details that actually matter when you’re traveling. The wifi functions properly (tested it on multiple video calls), there’s good water pressure in the shower, and the kitchen setup is practical enough that you can actually cook if you want to save some złoty. Parking can be a bit challenging since you’re right in the city center, but there are paid spots nearby, and honestly, you probably won’t need a car much anyway. The sound insulation is better than I anticipated too – yes, you’ll hear some street noise during weekend evenings when Piotrkowska comes alive, but it’s more like a gentle urban backdrop than anything disruptive. I actually found it kind of endearing, like the city was keeping you company. The check-in process was seamless, and the host left some truly helpful local recommendations that weren’t just the typical tourist traps. It’s one of those places where you can tell someone who actually cares about hospitality is running things, not just collecting booking fees.

  Lokalizacja apartamentu przy ul.Piotrkowskiej daje szereg możliwości przyjemnego spędzenia wieczoru, jednak sam apartament swoim klimatem i wyposażeniem odbiera chęć eksplorowania miasta. Nawet playlisty na YT były już przygotowane i wspaniale budowały atmosferę.
  Dotarcie na parking z powodu zamkniętych, rozkopanych ulic jest małym wyzwaniem szaradowym, ale kto nie lubi łamigłówek 😉
  Kontakt z właścicielką był niezwykle przyjemny i bezproblemowy. Gorąco polecamy ten apartament!

  Perfect location. Stylish and tasteful decor with attention to detail (I think pictures don't fully demonstrate it). Great contact with the owner. It was a very pleasant surprise for my boyfriend for his birthday. The only thing we didn't find there was the place for our clothes (but maybe we just didn't find it xD). However, there were a few things to make your night hotter :))
  
  I think this place is fully equipped for a romantic getaway. We stayed completely satisfied with the experience and already are planning our next stay there.

  I absolutely loved everything about these apartments. The location is unbeatable – right in the center of Łódź, with everything just a short walk away. The interior is not only spotlessly clean but also beautifully renovated with great taste and attention to detail. You can really feel the care the owner has put into making the space welcoming and comfortable.
  
  Communication with the host was excellent – very friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. The apartment had absolutely everything one might need, down to the smallest detail. It’s also perfectly set up for a romantic evening – cozy lighting, stylish design, and a truly special atmosphere.
  
  I only wish my husband could’ve joined me this time, but we’ll definitely come back together for the next rock concert in Łódź 🤘🏻

  The modern interior design, the comfortable bathtub, the accessories inside the apartment, the location. The lift, because the apartment is on the fourth floor, Ewa was so friendly and helpful 🙂
  
  What could be improved: Above the bed there are two windows in the ceiling, when it is very early in the morning this is very annoying, because they are not well covered with the paper, so the sun comes in from the sides and falls directly into your eyes/face when you are still sleeping.

  That's the best apartment I have ever stayed in, and I travel a lot both on business and leisure. Beautiful sophisticated decor, amazing amenities, fantastic location, and the free-standing bath tub in the bedroom is a cherry on cake. That's how you do hospitality. The owner, Ewa, was incredibly helpful, and communication was great. I had the most relaxing time, and I will definitely be back.
