Klimatyzacja,Balkon,Wejście na KOD, WiFi, FV, I thought someone had accidentally copied their entire listing into the title field. But you know what? After staying here, I actually get it. The owner is just really excited about what they’ve got, and honestly, they should be.

This place sits on Milionowa Street in Łódź, which is sort of perfectly positioned if you know the city at all. You’re not right in the touristy center, but that’s actually a good thing – you get to see how real Łódź works. The building itself is typical Polish residential style, nothing fancy from the outside, but once you punch in that entrance code and climb up to the first floor, it’s like stepping into someone’s really well-thought-out guest room. The air conditioning works (and I mean really works – I visited during one of those surprisingly hot Polish summers), and that balcony they mentioned? It’s small but perfect for morning coffee while watching the neighborhood wake up. There’s something oddly satisfying about having your own little outdoor space when you’re used to cramped hotel rooms.

What impressed me most was how the owner clearly thought about what travelers actually need. The WiFi is solid – I was working remotely during part of my stay and never had issues with video calls. The kitchen setup is minimal but functional, which matters when you want to grab groceries from the nearby shops instead of eating out every meal. And speaking of nearby, there’s this little bakery about two blocks down that locals line up at in the mornings – the kind of place you’d never find if you were staying in some sterile hotel district. The apartment gets surprisingly quiet at night too, considering it’s in a residential building. I was worried about noise from other units, but the walls seem decent and most people are pretty respectful. Check-in was smooth once I figured out the building entrance system (pro tip: the owner’s instructions are actually really detailed, don’t just skim them like I did initially).

I mean, this isn’t going to compete with luxury hotels on amenities, but that 9.7 rating makes sense when you consider what you’re getting for the price. It feels like staying at a friend’s place who happens to be really organized and thoughtful about hosting. The location puts you close enough to Piotrkowska Street and the main attractions without dealing with the weekend crowds right outside your window. Plus, having that apartment-style setup means you can actually settle in for a few days without living out of a suitcase – there’s proper closet space and everything.

Lodz hotels provide guests with comfortable accommodations in Poland’s cinema capital, known for its famous film school and remarkable post-industrial revival.

  Apartament zdecydowanie spełnił nasze oczekiwania, czulliśmy się w nim bardzo komfortowo. Okolica ma swój niepowtarzalny klimat, Jedzenie w knajpkach na terenie Fuzji jak najbardziej godne polecenia. Wieczorem bardzo spokojnie, a przy okazji super widok z balkonu.

  Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do festiwalu Łódź Design Festival, widok z okna super, osiedle klimatyczne i pięknie zaprojektowane i zrealizowane, kilka kroków do restauracji śniadaniowych i kawiarni. Apartament nowiutki, bardzo czysty i komfortowy, z balkonem, z klimatyzacją, szybkim internetem, fajnie urządzony, duży plus za ekspres do kawy.
  
  What could be improved: Na osiedlu brakowało miejsca parkingowego, musieliśmy długo krążyć i szukać wolnego miejsca, którego nie było!…Musieliśmy zaparkować samochód dużo dalej, wzdłuż ulicy.

  Najczystszy apartament w jakim nocowałam. Dobra lokalizacja. Wygodne łóżka. Wszystkie udogodnienia na miejscu. Doskonały kontakt z gospodarzem.
  
  What could be improved: Jedyny zarzut to prysznic. Nie da się nienachlapać i wieje po plecach. W lecie to prawdopodobnie nie będzie problem.
