There’s actual attention to detail here, from the way they’ve arranged the furniture to create these cozy conversation spots, to the little touches that make it feel more like staying at a friend’s place than a rental.

The location is honestly unbeatable if you want to experience Łódź properly. You’re literally steps away from some of the best restaurants and cafes in the city, and I found myself just wandering out for morning coffee without even thinking about it. Plus – and this is something locals will appreciate – you’re close enough to everything that matters but far enough from the really touristy bits that you get a more authentic feel for the neighborhood.   Piękny apartament w odnowionej kamienicy. Wyposażony we wszystko co jest potrzebne. Świeże ręczniki, przyjemna pościel, wygodne łóżka. Obiekt położony w świetnej lokalizacji (wyjście z kamienicy na Piotrkowską). Z łatwością znaleźliśmy miejsce parkingowe na ulicy Narutowicza. 15minut spacerem do Manufaktury. Z przyjemnością spędziliśmy tam pobyt.
  
  What could be improved: Jedyny minimalny minusik to zbyt duża przestrzeń między barierką na antresoli, a materacem. Dla osoby dorosłej nie ma problemu, ale w przypadku dzieci mieliśmy lekki niepokój czy dzieci nie spadną w nocy. Należy dołożyć jedno przęsło i będzie po problemie.

  Obiekt z pewnością zasługuje na wyróżnienie.
  Przede wszystkim świetna lokalizacja obiektu – na ulicy Piotrkowskiej, skąd można bez problemu dostać się wszędzie, a wokoło mnóstwo restauracji a także większych i mniejszych sklepów – w połączeniu ze stosunkowo niską ceną, przy 4 osobach 350 złotych za dwie noce, to naprawdę okazyjna propozycja, w obecnych czasach rzadkość.
  Za ceną szła jakość – obiekt po przyjeździe bardzo czysty, wypełniony różnymi udogodnieniami, w tym skierowanymi także wyłącznie dla kobiet. Samo umiejscowienie apartamentu do wnętrza kompleksu, a zatem z widokiem i balkonem na dziedziniec sprawiało, że hałasy z otaczających ulic były niesłyszalne.
  Dodatkowo kontakt z gospodarzami, którzy w razie problemów służyli pomocą i radą, był bezproblemowy i przyjemny, co również zasługuje na wyróżnienie.
  
  What could be improved: Jedynym mankamentem są schody na antresolę, na które trzeba szczególnie uważać, ze względu na ich stromy profil i dosyć wysoką śliskość. Dodatkowo w gorącą letnią pogodę antresola może się naprawdę nagrzać, co może sprawiać dyskomfort.
