Located right on Piotrkowska Street – which, if you’ve never been to Łódź, is basically the soul of the city – this little gem sits at number 92, tucked away on the upper floors where the tourist crowds thin out but the character remains.

I mean, Piotrkowska is this incredible pedestrian stretch that goes on for kilometers, and finding a place right in the thick of it that doesn’t feel like a tourist trap is actually pretty rare. The apartment itself has that understated Polish elegance – you know, the kind where every detail feels intentional without being fussy. What really got me was how quiet it stays despite being in the heart of Śródmieście. The windows must be decent quality because even on weekend evenings when the street below gets lively with locals bar-hopping and students heading to the clubs near Manufaktura, you can actually sleep. And speaking of Manufaktura, that massive shopping and cultural complex is just a short walk away, but honestly, you’ll probably find yourself more drawn to the smaller galleries and cafés scattered along Piotrkowska itself.

The 9.8 rating makes complete sense once you’re there – it’s one of those places where someone clearly sweated the small stuff. The check-in was smooth (they actually respond to messages quickly, which isn’t always a given with apartment rentals), and the space itself feels bigger than you’d expect from the photos. There’s something about the light in the morning that just works, probably because of how the building sits on the street. I found myself making coffee and just watching the city wake up below, which sounds cheesy but was genuinely nice. The kitchen setup is proper too – not just a mini-fridge and hot plate situation, but actual cooking space if you want to grab ingredients from the market at Plac Wolności. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this area, I’ll be honest, but there are options within a few blocks, and really, once you’re settled in, you won’t need a car much. Everything worth seeing in central Łódź is walkable from here, and the tram connections are solid if you want to venture further out. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you’re living in Łódź rather than just visiting it, which is probably why it consistently gets those high ratings from people who actually know what they’re looking for in a city stay.

  Apartament nie jest duży, ale bardzo dobrze wyposażony i zadbany, przez jedną noc w 4 osoby było nam bardzo wygodnie. Wnętrze jest estetycznie urządzone, widać, że komuś zależało na stworzeniu spójnych, przyjemnych dla oka wnętrz. Mogę szczerze polecić, bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

  Чудові зручні апартаменти після ремонту,повністю укомплектовані всім необхідним для комфортного проживання.Вся техніка , меблі, наповнення нове і підібрано зі смаком.Зручне розташування в центрі міста але шуму майже не чутно. Адміністрація йде назустріч у вирішенні будь-яких питань,на зв'язку постійно і готові допомогти.Власник може спілкуватися англійською, польською,російською мовами і дуже приємна людина.Залишилися тільки позитивні емоції від перебування, однозначно -рекомендую!

  Bardzo przyjemny, gustownie i nowocześnie urządzony apartament. Zadbany i czysty. Świetna lokalizacja przy samym centrum Piotrkowskiej. Idealna miejscówka dla par. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą, która jest przemiła i pomocna.
  Na wyposażeniu wszystko co potrzebne. Aneks kuchenny świetnie wyposażony i do tego klimatyzacja, która sprawdziła się idealnie w upalny weekend.
  Z czystym sumieniem Baaardzo polecam 😀👍
  
  What could be improved: Trochę mało przyjemna klatka schodowa, ale to wina starej zabudowy w kamienicach. Apartament rekompensuje to wszystko.

  Super miejsce. W podworcu, więc nie słychać imprezowej Piotrkowskiej (pobyt w sobotę). Wejście starą drewnianą klatka schodową ale apartament nowy, czysty dobrze wyposażony – kawa, herbata, ręczniki, wielki TV, klimatyzacja….
