The whole space feels clean without that sterile hotel smell, more like someone’s carefully maintained apartment that they’ve opened up to travelers. Honestly, with a 9.5 rating, I was expecting maybe some inflated reviews, but after staying there… yeah, I get it. It’s not luxury by any means, but it’s exactly what it promises to be, done really well. The location works particularly well if you’re planning to explore Łódź properly – you’re close enough to hop into the center easily (about 15 minutes by tram), but far enough out that you’re not dealing with weekend night noise or tourist crowds. Plus, parking isn’t the nightmare it can be in the old town area, which anyone who’s driven in Polish cities will appreciate. It’s the kind of place that makes you think “why don’t more people do it this way?” – simple, honest, and surprisingly comfortable for what you’re paying.

  Great for visiting events in Atlas Arena, Fala aquapark, Orientarium. In fact, that was the reason for choosing the apartments.
  Quiet area.
  The apartment itself has most what is needed to stay overnight.
  We traveled by car. Although leaving the car in the private zone by the gates is not allowed, there is plenty of space to park it in the street.
  
  What could be improved: We stayed for only one night, so there's not much to complain about. However, we missed some dishes, such as the frying pan and some bigger cups for tea.
  Other than that the apartment met our expectations.

  Czysty, ciepły i cichy apartament. Ładnie i praktycznie urządzony. Pani gospodarz wyjaśniła że wbrew opiniom niektórych gości normalnie nie ma parkingu na posesji oraz że za psa trzeba dopłacić, a duże psy jak nasz owczarek tak naprawdę nie powinny być w apartamencie i że nie wie jak to opisać na stronie booking.com. Ale była bardzo miła i zgodziła się aby nasz samochód, w kórym pozostał na noc nasz pies wjechał na posesję więc mieliśmy oko na naszego zwierzaczka.
  
  What could be improved: Na stronie booking.com jest informacja że zwierzęta domowe sa akceptowane ale brak jest informacji że nie wszystkie zwierzaki mogą przebywać w apartamencie AVA i możliwość pobytu zwierząt trzeba konsultować gospodarzem.

  Idealna organizacja – zgodnie z ustaleniami. Szczerze polecamy ten obiekt. Zaciszne miejsce. Czysto. Pełne potrzebne wyposażenie. Bardzo dobry kontakt. Mieliśmy dodatkowe życzenie – spełnione bez żadnych dodatkowych warunków. Dziękujemy za pobyt.

  The photos don't do justice to the spaciousness and comfort of these apartments.
  Despite lacking doors between the areas, the kitchen and living room with bed are equally comfortable.
  
  Everything was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, showcasing the owners' attention to detail and care for their guests. The comfortable mattress and the addition of a bathtub were delightful bonuses.
  
  Situated in a tranquil area close to the city center, we had no concerns about paid parking zones or street noise.
  
  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return to AVA apartments if given the opportunity!
  
  
  P.S. As a suggestion, it would be nice to have some kind of printed instructions for the boiler.
  This would enable guests like us to turn it off during periods when hot water is not needed, such as at night or when away for the day, or to have instructions not to adjust it unnecessarily:)
  I don’t know how economical this is, but it was calmer for us to realize that it didn’t work unless necessary (we knew how to do this and turned it off).
