It’s actually in this really solid neighborhood where you get that authentic Polish residential feel without being stuck in the middle of nowhere. You know what I mean? Like, there’s a proper grocery store just down the street, and I spotted at least three decent pierogi places within walking distance – always a good sign.

The apartment itself is honestly way nicer than most 3-star places I’ve crashed at. I mean, sure, it’s not going to blow you away with fancy lobby chandeliers or anything, but the space feels… real? Like someone actually lives there and cares about the details. The kitchen had everything I needed for morning coffee (crucial), and the bed was surprisingly comfortable – none of that rock-hard Eastern European mattress situation I’ve encountered elsewhere. What really got me was how quiet it stays at night. You’d think being near Atlas Arena would mean dealing with event crowds and noise, but the windows are solid and the street itself is pretty chill most evenings. Actually, being close to the arena turned out to be perfect when I caught a concert there – just a quick walk back instead of dealing with post-show transport chaos.

Here’s the thing that really sets this place apart though – the little touches that show someone’s paying attention. Fresh towels that actually smell clean, not just chemically sanitized. WiFi that works in every corner (tested it extensively during a rainy afternoon). And honestly, the whole check-in process was smooth as butter. The 9.6 rating makes total sense when you stay there because it’s not trying to be something it’s not – it’s just really good at being a comfortable, practical base in Łódź. The location works brilliantly if you want to explore beyond the obvious tourist spots too. I found myself wandering these side streets that tourists probably never see, stumbling into cafes and shops that felt genuinely local. Plus, getting to the city center is straightforward enough, but you’re not paying center-city prices or dealing with that constant buzz. It’s sort of the best of both worlds – close enough to everything that matters, far enough away to actually relax.

  Mieszkanie w cichej okolicy, blisko do oceanarium oraz aquaparku. Dobry dojazd do centrum miasta.

  Mieszkanie zastaliśmy w bardzo dobrym stanie, pięknie urządzone, czyste. Kontakt z właścicielem również był bezproblemowy. Blisko mieliśmy do Orientarium – poszliśmy spacerkiem, do centrum Łodzi kilka minut samochodem. Zdecydowanie polecam super miejsce w dobrej cenie.

  Fajna lokalizacja, cicho i spokojnie Blisko do Atlas Areny i PKP Łódż Kaliska. Bardzo klimatyczny obiekt. Niestety bez windy (3 pietro) ale to tylko dla wiadomości jeśli ktoś koniecznie potrzebuje. Mnie to nie przeszkadzało. Super kontakt. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wyjazd. Polecam

  Bardzo fajny, ciekawie urządzony, nieduży apartament. W pobliżu piekarnie, sklepy Żabka i apteki. Brak restauracji, więc aby zjeść obiad jechaliśmy do centrum, co nie było trudne, ponieważ, z apartamentu, jest blisko do przystanku tramwajowego, z którego łatwo i szybko dotrzemy do centrum Łodzi (czytaj. ul. Piotrkowskiej). Praktycznie na każdym przystanku biletomaty, jak również w każdym tramwaju (chociaż w tramwaju nie zawsze działające), do zakupu biletów wystarczy również aplikacja. Z apartamentu spacer do Zoo Orientarium zajął nam ok pół godziny. Polecam
