The person at check-in (I think her name was Anna?) genuinely seemed to care that I settled in okay, not just going through the motions like at bigger hotels. My apartment had this really thoughtful layout – whoever designed these spaces actually gets how people travel. There’s proper counter space for your morning coffee, decent lighting for reading, and honestly, the bed was way more comfortable than I expected for a 3-star place. The kitchen setup is legit too, not just some mini-fridge situation – I mean, I actually cooked a few meals there using ingredients from the little market down the street.

Here’s the thing about this neighborhood that locals know but tourists often miss – you’re perfectly positioned to explore Łódź without being stuck in the overly polished city center. I could walk to the main shopping areas in about fifteen minutes, but when I wanted to escape the crowds, I’d just head back to Nad Jasieniem where things get refreshingly quiet after dinner. The tram connections are solid (there’s a stop maybe three blocks away), and parking was never an issue, which anyone who’s driven in Polish cities will appreciate. What really sealed it for me was the overall vibe – it felt like staying in a friend’s well-appointed guest room rather than some sterile hotel box. Sure, it’s not fancy in that Instagram-perfect way, but that 8.6 rating makes total sense when you consider the combination of comfort, location, and genuine hospitality. If you’re the type who values authentic experiences over marble lobbies, you’ll probably love it here.

  Fully equipped apartment on first floor.

  What could be improved: Rating 1, maybe managers will pay attention to it and repair the toilet flush and thermostat in the bathroom. Issues that are being mentioned since August!

  There is no microwave oven, just usual oven. For what? Bake cakes?
  It was dirty.
  Sofa is awful.

  I really liked the location, it’s convenient to get to the city center!

  Lots of furniture 🪑
  There is also a washing machine + capsules for washing, which is a great plus
  Some tea and coffee ☕️ it’s so caring
  
  What could be improved: No extractor, so there is smell after cooking
  No toilet brush and holder for toilet paper
  No rug in the bath
  Not very clean toilet
