  Great location, apartment is located on 9th floor so great views. We've had a problem with not working washing machine and the staff was responsive and trying to help.
  
  What could be improved: The shower was leaking, and we had to call for staff to come and fix it, which was done the same day, excellent service. Unfortunately we've had a problem with not working washing machine. Staff was very helpful but unfortunately we've stayed there in Easter time so nobody came to fixt it after all checks, which was disappointing because I was with two little kids washing was needed almost every day.

  New accommodation, super location. We had a problem with tap water, manager immediately found solution and we were relocated in another cute apartment in that building. Highly recommend and definitely come back.

  We would have appreciated if locating the key was easier as locals made us feel like thieves on arrival for hanging around too long, very bad first impression.
  – swap hard pillow for softer ones
  – repositioning of the oven so it doesn't collide with the dishwasher's door while opening
  – horrible sound insulation, I could hear neighbours flushing toilets
  – broken WC brush
  – I'd prefer a walk-in shower than the cramped bathtub
  – toiletries & detergents misery
  – steep underground parking driveway, not suitable for low-profile vehicles
  
  Might seen like we're nit-picking but, the above mentioned issues could have easily been curbed had the host frequent at the property to see what's missing.
