The workspace setup is legit – I mean, I actually got work done there, which rarely happens when I travel. The desk faces away from the balcony (smart move, honestly, because that view would be too distracting), and there’s proper lighting plus enough outlets for all your devices. The balcony itself overlooks a typical Łódź street scene, nothing Instagram-worthy, but I found myself having morning coffee out there every day watching the neighborhood wake up. There’s something oddly soothing about the tram sounds mixing with people heading to work – very different from tourist-heavy areas.

What really sold me on this place was its location in Śródmieście. You’re walking distance from Piotrkowska Street without being right in the chaos, which means you can actually sleep at night but still grab dinner at decent spots without needing a taxi. The bus connections are genuinely useful – I could get to the main train station in about fifteen minutes, and there’s a decent grocery store maybe three blocks away. Parking was easier than I expected for this part of the city, though I’d still recommend asking about it when you book. The building’s entrance is a bit tricky to find the first time (it’s sort of tucked between two shops), but once you figure it out, check-in is straightforward. The 8.9 rating makes total sense to me – it’s not luxury, but everything works, it’s clean, and you feel like you’re living in Łódź rather than just passing through. For the price point and that three-star category, you’re getting solid value, especially if you need space to spread out or actually get some work done.

  Very spacious and accommodating. It’s a new building so there is some finishing construction efforts going on. However, we had a good time. The host responded to all our enquiries and assisted in a timely manner which was much appreciated. Will be staying here again next time we visit Lodz

  Apartament położony w idealnym miejscu, do ul.Piotrkowskiej 10 minut pieszo, 20 minut do Manufaktury i EC1. Mieszkanko przestronne, czyściutkie, idealne na rodzinny weekendowy wypad.
  Kuchnia zaopatrzona we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy.
  Instrukcja dostępu czytelna, wszystko jasno i wyraźnie wytłumaczone, dodatkowo ze zdjęciami.
  Fantastycznie, że można było za niewielką dopłatą przedłużyć pobyt o 4 godziny. Z całego serca polecam wraz z siostrą i córką.

  Jeżeli będzie taka potrzeba chetnie jeszcze raz skorzystam.
