The area gets a bit quiet in the evenings, which I actually liked – you’re close enough to the action when you want it, but you’re not dealing with street noise all night. If you’re planning to explore Łódź properly, especially if you’ve got a car and want to hit multiple attractions without constantly moving your base, this place makes a lot of practical sense.

  The apartment is located in a gated area, we really liked it, the bed is very comfortable with a soft mattress. I liked that the apartment could be opened with a code. There is space for a car. If needed, I would gladly stay here again.
  
  What could be improved: I won't lower the rating for this, but a suggestion for the host – provide instructions for entry in English as well, it would be much more convenient for those who don't speak Polish. A suggestion for guests – when driving to the gates, pay attention to the line and don't cross it, as we lost time this way.

  Mieszkanie, czyste co jest bardzo ważne, bardzo przytulnie, nowocześnie, wyposażenie idealne, od przygotowania posiłku do wyprania bo jest pralka i wyprasowania rzeczy(żelazko) , wysuszenia włosów(suszarka do włosów). Byłam z małymi dziećmi więc dla mnie takie detale są bardzo istotne. Dzieci wniebowzięte i nie chciały wyjeżdżać . Parking w cenie super, wszystkie potrzebne informacje do obsługi ( kody ) dostępne od ręki , kontakt z administratorem bezproblemowy . SUUUUPER SUUUPER SUUUPER 🤜🤛 polecam serdecznie i na pewno jeszcze wrócimy, zwłaszcza że jest możliwość wynajęcia dwóch apartamentów po sąsiedzku ogromny plus jak jedzie się większą grupą.   What could be improved: Aby otworzyć drzwi wejściowe do apartamentu które są masywne trzeba użyć sporo siły (90kg mężczyzna) drobne kobiety mogą mieć problem. Brak sztućców – nawet łyżeczki do wymieszania chociażby kawy (na szczęście mieliśmy swoje). Cała reszta super.

  We were left outside in the middle of the night in heavy rain.
  
  What could be improved: We have never entered the premises because the code didn’t open the doors ( it clicked but the doors were physically locked). We came after midnight so weren’t able to book anything else. The owner did not reply to our message ( it is understandable that he didn’t reply in the middle of the night, but why didn’t he answer us next day?). We had to go to a hotel that has a reception open 24/7. We have filmed the issue with the door code, but Booking said that I had to call them in the middle of the night to fix it! So nobody covered neither the expenses of this booking or the hotel bill. Just ridiculuous.

  Nice property itself – beautiful inner yard, has a playground, secure private parking, apartment well furnished. It was a convenient location for us to stop on the way on our roadtrip. Grocery store nearby.
